Beautiful property

The house and grounds were just as the photos depicted. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive to questions ahead of time and during stay.

Spring Break with Family

When we arrived at checkin time, the owner Scott and assistant/cleaner Darlene were both at the home. We were greeted warmly and Scott showed us through the home and gave us information about the ceiling fans, lighting and TV using remotes. The home, yard, and pool table were great! Room for our dog and family who arrived after our first week. The pictures on the listing were accurate! There was also ample silverware and dishes, something some homes don't have based on our experience. There was an issue with the heated pool due to the gas company not filling the propane tank when ordered. We missed out on the heated pool the first couple of days we requested, but Scott was able to get the pool heated for the remaining days so we were able to enjoy! The hot tub was enjoyed by all, although we did need help from Scott and Darlene to figure out how to operate. Both were accessible by text and promptly responded to our requests for help. Darlene impressed us with her courtesy when she would text us before coming over to pick up the limo parked on the property. She wanted to ensure we didn't become concerned if we heard noises outside the house. All in all, we enjoyed the home and its location to acivities we enjoy was great. Nice park one mile from the home where we enjoyed some hikes and within half-hour drives to ball parks, where we enjoyed some spring training games. Thanks Scott and Darlene! We had a great time and would certainly stay there again!

Perfect Location, Perfect House!

The proximity of the property to a majority of the ball parks was great! Travel time was limited which was especially important with two young ones in the car. The property was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had their own privacy and bathrooms. And, the kitchen allowed us to come together for meals and gathering. The outside living space is the perfect setting for enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, pool table and putting green. The house has every amenity you need. Pool towels were readily available, as well as, a washer and dryer. The house owner (Scott) and house manager (Darlene) were attentive and answered our questions in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for relaxing. Scott's home is high on our list if/when we visit the Phoenix area again.

Great home for our family

We had a very relaxing stay at this Arizona home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Safe for our 2 and 6 year old grandchildren. Plenty to do with the pool, putting green, ping pong table, hot tub and pool table. Lots of local places to go hiking and a great location for local shopping, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the private bathrooms for each bedroom with very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this home and we loved our family time playing games, and enjoying the outdoor space. There is also a nice outdoor firepit for making s'mores. Great golfing is nearby. The host was always quick to answer any questions that we had. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Surprise birthday getaway

My family was in Phoenix to surprise my wife for a milestone birthday. Scott’s beautiful home was a perfect location, allowing us to easily access Phoenix for our evening plans while also making our day trip to Sedona a reasonable drive. My wife loved the time we were able to spend together at Scott’s home. We were able to take advantage of the fun activities in the home as well as in the gorgeous backyard. Accessibility to local eateries and groceries was very nice. Uber and Lyft rides arrived in a timely manner. We could not of asked for a better place to spend our family gathering

Great location and house.

This is the 3rd time our family has stayed at this rental with Scott. We have family that live close. Check in has always been a breeze, and scott is very responsive. The pool is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, it’s very private as the house is on a lot of property.

Beautiful Home for my Out of Town Guests

Great location. Beautiful home. Loved the spacious rooms with lots of bathrooms. Pool table in the front room and putting green in the yard were great entertainment. Once the pool was cleaned from the recent wind storm we enjoyed that too!

Beautiful home

We had the best time! The house is spacious and clean, backyard and pool was so much fun. And the owner did everything he could to make sure our stay was just that much better. We rented the limo and had a blast! Oh and the neighborhood is so nice. We tool our dog out for a few walks and enjoyed the scenery. Thank you so much Scott for making our stay so wonderful

Fantastic House

This property is very nice and set up well. The back yard is perfect for hanging with family and friends. Had a couple of questions when we arrived. The owners and manager were very easy to get in touch of and extremely helpful. Highly reccommend this place.

We had a wonderful spring break trip at this amazing house. Great pool, safe neighborhood near shopping, attentive property manager, comfortably slept 14, and loved that we could bring our dogs :)

The only reason I gave 4 starts on accuracy of listing is because we really liked the idea of the heated pool and the first part of our stay they are out of propane.

Nice and quiet On almost an acre of land. Very close to shops, restaurants, Golf courses, hiking shopping centers and bars if you want a good night out. 20 minutes to Scottsdale or less and 20 minutes to stadium or less depending on traffic 25 minutes to House from airport.

What makes this property unique

You have two patios one with fire pit for a nice romantic night the other one pool table/ping-pong table TV, Hot Tub, putt putt, golf and a horseshoe pit along with a beautiful pool close to patio. If you want to cook, nothing wrong with hooking up the barbecue To have burgers and hotdogs!
