Really nice home and owners

Home is very well located for us. Laid out and maintained very nicely. Owners are terrific and responded immediately to all questions.

Very good property

The property is very good. The kitchen and family room are excellent and the bedrooms are as well. One bedroom is upstairs of the master and although it has a bathroom, it does not have a shower and its access is through the master bed and bath. The home was very clean and the location in north Scottsdale is excellent. The main reason it is not a 5 star is for that amount of money, the outdoor area was ill-equipped: only two lawn chairs which were awful, fire pit not very usable, and wanted $100 extra per day for hot tub and pool use which we did not choose. Also, for the amount of money charged, they could have provided some staples including toilet paper salt pepper, etc...
