Welcome to Kiva Dunns, a 5BR/4.5BA beach house in the gated Kiva Dunes community, perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy spacious living with 4 balconies, a screened-in porch, gourmet kitchen, and ample hang-out spots. Now dog friendly! Only dogs 40 lbs or less and pet fee of $100 required.

The first floor features a bunkroom sleeping 6, a full bath with walk-in shower, and laundry room. The second floor includes the primary suite with a king bed, luxury bath, and private balcony, plus 3 queen bedrooms (2 with ensuites). The third floor boasts a large kitchen with double ovens, seating for 6 at the counter, 8 at the table, and 6 on the screened-in porch. The family room offers a flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the game room with air hockey, board games, and ocean views from the porch.

Kiva Dunes offers a free shuttle to the golf course, tennis courts, gym, and restaurants: The Grill, and the Beach Club with its full-service bar, restaurant, and poolside delivery. Enjoy private beach access, 4 pools, and a hot tub. Nearby activities include kayaking, Fort Morgan tours, and Gulf State Park.

The Nitty-Gritty:

You MUST be at least 25 years of age in order to reserve this home.
Guests will need to show credit card and reservation paperwork at the clubhouse to access restaurant and bar service at the Beach Club.
RVs, trailers, fifth wheels, and 4-wheelers are not allowed on-site

Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the garage and 4 on the driveway. Parking on the street, curb, or grass is not allowed. There is also pool parking and parking at the Kiva Dunes Beach Club. Please do not exceed the allotted number of vehicles to prevent ticketing and towing.
