Why they chose this property
Soulard was St Louis’ FIRST established neighborhood (c. 1779). Known for its LIVE BLUES MUSIC, numerous restaurants & bars, it is THE happening spot in STL! (We're only blocks from "downtown Soulard," but we're in a quiet corner, so no worries about noise at our place.)
Soulard is also home to ANHEUSER-BUSCH'S FLAGSHIP BREWERY...just 2 blocks from our home. Be sure to reserve a tour...they're fascinating!
But one of my favorite things is that Soulard is acclaimed for their MARDI GRAS PARADE...2nd-largest in the US!! I lived in Mobile AL, birthplace of Mardi Gras so I love this! "Laissez les bon temps rouler!" Let the good times roll!
And since we're only minutes away from *5* INTERSTATES, we are literally MINUTES from anything you could want to do in St Louis! (And it makes getting here super easy!)
