This lovely waterfront property with beautiful lake views, screened in porch, dock access, and a fire pit, make an ideal setting for relaxing, spending time with friends, families, and loved ones. You can grill juicy steaks or burgers as you look into the clear night sky surrounded by trees and away from city noise!

As you step into this cozy 1500 square-foot home, you capture the ambiance of a modern Pocono vacation home. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and perfect for family meals.

The kitchen includes a variety of appliances allowing you to show off your cooking skills to friends and family! You can prepare a delicious and memorable meal and bake a mouthwatering cake in our oven! Our full kitchen is a huge draw to renting because traditional accommodations do not provide full cooking capability and often lead to unhealthy, inconvenient, and expensive meal options!

This rental is the perfect size for families looking for a vacation. This home allows you to enjoy all that Arrowhead Lake has to offer. With Amenity bracelets (children under 6 aren’t required to have a badge) you will have access to the 3 heated outdoor pools, community center, outside sports, biking, hiking, and exploring the natural area. This home provides all the perks of a rental with an awesome price and activity atmosphere. The home supplies the following amenities; kayaks, paddle boards, and dock access! This vacation destination is a short drive to the community amenities and area attractions. The area is home to many natural lakes, rivers, dams, hiking trails, natural wildlife, enjoy this all-you-need accommodation while you take advantage of our amenities.

Arrowhead Community Charges:

Arrowhead is a gated community and charges the following fees:
Processing Fee
$45 - this is a one time charge for EACH rental (non-refundable)

Gate Card
*Required for each vehicle
$20 Gate Card Fee (per vehicle)

Temporary Membership - MANDATORY
*Required for EACH guest (Age 6 and older)
$6 per night

Day Guest:
    *$6 Temporary Membership Fee (aged 6 and older)

After booking, we will send the primary contact a list of questions that need to be answered in order to register guests who are staying and visiting the home located in Arrowhead Lake. Once registered, we will charge the card on file or send you a payment link for the Arrowhead community fees. All registrations must be completed three (3) days prior to your arrival date or Arrowhead Lake will cancel your reservation.

**Please note that if cancelation of reservation occurs (3) days prior to arrival guest will not be refunded for Arrowhead Lake Community Charges**
