Right on the beach! Open, bright and airy space. A pristine cottage located literally on Cape Cod Bay with your own beach. Any closer to the water and it would be a cruise ship! Situated in a private community at Scorton Shores so you do not have to worry about dealing with public crowds, but close to local shops, restaurants and other amenities. Relax in either the sun or shade on the wrap-around deck, lounge chairs, complete with outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and gas grill. The interior features an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Modern kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, Ninja blender (for those margaritas) and Keurig & drip coffee makers. One (1) floor living, with all 3 Bedrooms and large Bath (with laundry) off the main hallway with outdoor shower. New furnishings throughout the cottage, including wrapped hypoallergenic mattresses with extra support and comfort. No smoking and no pets please. PLEASE NOTE: Guests provide their own sheets & towels.

Why stay at 7 Captain Crocker? Oceanfront living! Your own private beach! Your own sand! You decide to either lounge on the deck or take a few steps to your own beach. You cannot get any closer to the beach on the Cape. Open, bright and airy. A great place to enjoy the sun and sea, and relax. Open concept design with everything on one floor, so no need to climb steps!
