Modern, well lit bungalow with high ceilings. The House boasts a large yard covered in palms, this is why we named the house the Foliage House . Steps from Wilton Manors and minutes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale . 10-15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport and Port Everglades!

The space was completely redone in 2020, everything is brand new. Enjoy privacy in our palm covered patio under a shaded pergola. There is a second patio area outside of one of the bedrooms perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The yard is completely fenced in perfect for your pets to roam freely.

Walk south and you’re steps from the new up and coming midtown Fort Lauderdale and the 13th Street strip. Make sure to stop by Milk Money for some cocktails/eats in a modern- chic atmosphere, if you’re into beers there is a local brewery nearby called Gulfstream Brewery.

Walking north will bring you to the world famous Wilton Drive a popular destination within the LGBTQ community, filled with exciting nightlife and world class restaurants.

There is parking for 1 car. To get around without a car , Ubers and Lyft are very inexpensive.

We are also 5 minutes from the new luxurious Brightline Train station that takes you to Miami and West Palm in 30 mins. The Brightline offers free pickup service within a 3 mile area , so pickup from the house is free!

We can accommodate Early or late check ins whenever possible and when not conflicting with cleaning schedule. (Early check in/late check out Fee applies )

Pets are allowed with prior approval.

We are 10-15 minutes from the Everglades cruise port and Fort Lauderdale Airport .
For the comfort of all residents in our building, no noise audible outside the appartement after 10 PM and before 8 AM.

No parties! Evidence of parties / large gathering will result in loss of deposit / additional cleaning fee. The fee is $30 per cleaning hour.

The extra cleaning fee will also be applied if there is “excessive” garbage , dirty dishes and overall mess.

No additional guests or visitors on the premises other than those who have booked.

No smoking anywhere in the building.

Wash all dishes .

Please make sure you take all belongings with you at check out. Not responsible for items left behind.

Breaking these rules will mean you will be asked to leave immediately.

You are only allowed a maximum of 2 parking spaces . Please keep in mind that this property is a duplex and the neighboring property also has their assigned parking spaces. Because the other property is larger they are assigned 4 spaces. Please park on the left side of the property leaving 4 spaces open for the next unit.
