Welcome to our Our Maui Condo! ʻIKE KAI means "OCEAN VIEWS". This wonderful one bedroom, two bath, ground floor condo with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS will satisfy even the most discriminating visitor.

Our condo is located on the sought after lower portion of the Wailea Ekolu Village complex. It features UPDATED FINISHES throughout. Recent upgrades include new floors and kitchen appliances. From the fully stocked kitchen and king-size master retreat, EVERY AMENITY HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMFORT. New living room/dining room furniture, full size washer/dryer and more. Also included are the following:

If you're traveling with infants or small children, no need to bring all of your supplies. We work with a great company that will deliver cribs, seats, toys, accessories to our home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave (you pay rental company directly).

Three fantastic shopping centers, including The Shops at Wailea, with world class dining and shopping are just a short stroll from our condo. The Wailea Beach Walk promenade and its spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for an early morning stroll or to catch a Maui sunset. Just a two minute drive and you can chose from Wailea Beach’s five pristine beaches from Polo Beach to Keawakapu.

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out is available for ½ the nightly rate +tax up to 7:00pm (available from May-October only so please plan accordingly)

Perfect Wailea condo

The condo was the perfect location, looking out over the blue Pacific. Quiet complex, close to the pool. I appreciated the short distance to the many beaches nearby. Our flight landed early and our host was able to accommodate an early check in, which allowed us to unpack and go grocery shopping. We had everything we needed at the condo, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day excursions. Overall, great vacation-lots of communication from host and team prior to vacation. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful escape from reality

Lovely condo and great location to enjoy Wailea. Just a bit challenging if you arrive here after dark. Street signs are not illuminated and difficult to find. But just remember to turn opposite the Residence Inn sign and then also the street you turn on says "Dead end" but you will turn right before the dead end. Otherwise it was perfect!!!

Great vacation condo!

The VIEW. THE VIEW. THE VIEW! And all the needed amenities! Comfortable King bed was perfect! 2 bathrooms/2 TV’s/2 slider doors to the VIEW! Plenty of dishes/glasses! Nice furniture/pictures on the walls! Oh, ceiling fans and A/C!! Parked right outside the unit all week! My wife and I would highly recommend unit 707 to anyone! MAHALO

Fantastic spot in Maui

Great location with spectacular views

A gem of hospitality and convenience! From the moment we arrived, Laurie's attentiveness made our stay exceptional. Excellent Condo

The place is very nice, and we had a great time staying there. It is newly remodeled and has everything you need from kitchen amenities to beach chairs and an umbrella; all in good condition. The location is excellent – you can watch the sunset and whales on the horizon. You can easily walk to the Wailea Shops area, and it is a pleasant walk. Communication with the unit manager Laurie was very easy and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Mahalo.

So hard to leave!

Wailea Ekolu is the perfect place to spend a Maui vacation. Close to all Maui has to offer but in a very peaceful environment. It’s so relaxing to sit on the lanai to watch whales and enjoy amazing sunsets. Easy walking to beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping centers. Great and helpful communication from the host. We just left and can’t wait to come back!

Great Space in Maui

We enjoyed our stay and immediately felt at home. Laurie's responsiveness was quick and we did not encounter any issues. We have stayed in the area before and love this location. Coming back to Maui is always a blessing and this place was a wonderful addition to our holiday. The view is beautiful as described and everything is within walking distance. Thanks to Laurie and Glenn for sharing their home. Maui is open for tourists but they want respectful visitors as they are still healing mentally. You won't feel any difference being there as the Aloha spirit shines bright. I wish them continued peace. Till next time!

We had an amazing stay for our 1 year anniversary! This place offers everything you could need with spectacular views & amazing comfort. Everything is within close proximity! The Lanai views for sunset were incredible! No need to leave the condo to see the best views! The bed was so comfortable that we both woke up thinking we were at home! The AC was cold & cooled things down quickly when we arrived back at the condo after being away at the beach. We had everything you needed for the perfect beach day! Chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. Having 2 bathrooms is a great perk when on vacation too! Laurie was easy to reach even though everything was perfect & we didn't need her while at her condo. The extra attention to details in the condo were great! We will definitely return next year to stay again!

Honeymoon paradise

My husband and I loved staying in this condo in Wailea for 10 days for our honeymoon last month. We unfortunately had to move our accommodations from Lahaina to Wailea due to the fires. We were thoroughly pleased with the location, views and all that the condo has to offer. The condo is huge with two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on our lanai for breathtaking sunsets. The condo is in walking distance of some shops, restaurants and beaches and we even walked to our luau at the Marriott so we didn’t have to worry about driving! The beach chairs and umbrella provided by the condo is a nice touch as well as the Hawaiian coozies and snacks! Laurie was so kind to send me tons of recommendations for dining and activities in the area which helped a lot! We were also granted a later check out due to having a night flight which allowed us to be able to enjoy the beach on our last day and be able to shower before heading to the airport. We wish Maui weren’t so far away from the east coast, but we will be back! We enjoyed it so much we came home with a honeymoon baby! Thank you for an amazing trip, Laurie!!

Condo was perfect for our family of four. Laurie had everything we needed for the week including cookware, dishes, towels, and games. Everything was very clean, and there were ample supplies for us to do a quick mid-week tidy ourselves. Location is great - easy access to the pool/beach, and it’s not a hard drive to the harbors and volcano. Plenty of restaurant options. Check-in/check-out instructions were clearly communicated. Top notch VRBO listing, for sure. Mahalo!

Great stay

Almost afraid to give this unit the review it deserves because I’d like to keep it a secret LOL. Nicely situated property with amazing ocean view and nice stargazing at night. Very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. Communication with the owner was top notch, easy walk to several restaurants and a short drive to some great beaches. Would definitely stay again!

This Condo is a Gem

We had a wonderful 5 week stay in Laurie’s condo. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in. The condo is near the pool with spectacular views. Despite being by the pool it was not noisy. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The shared gas grills are professionally cleaned each morning, I have never seen such clean grills. Pool is warm and very relaxing. The people we met staying at Ekulo were very friendly. We had a couple needs and Laurie and her team addressed them promptly. The king bed is super comfortable. We hope to return and rent this condo again.

Great location with a great view!

A Little Piece of Paradise

This is the 6th different condo we have stayed in within Ekolu, and it was fabulous! The view of Kahoolawe and Molokini from the condo was spectacular! The owner provided so many wonderful particulars, and she also gave many suggestions for activities and restaurants. The unit lacked for nothing. We truly loved our stay!

Highly recommend this condo with ocean views!

We come to Maui a lot. (In our 40’s) I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. First of all, when I walked in and saw the ocean views…they were even better than their photos! It’s very clean and updated. The air conditioner worked so good which is one of the things I care about most in the hot humid Maui weather. It’s very well organized and you will have no trouble navigating the kitchen. They think of everything from a little extra shampoo to ear plugs to beach chairs. Sitting on the lanai in comfy chairs was so peaceful. You are 3-5 minutes by car to amazing beaches. Excellent dining and golf is very close too. It’s obvious they take pride and care in their condo for their guests to thoroughly enjoy. We will return without hesitation. The only thing to comment on that could be a potential issue for someone is the bbqs are no longer allowed on the lanai’s. However, there are plenty of community bbqs with killer ocean views to use.
