Francisco was a fantastic house manager. He met us at the house and took his time to show and explain it all to us. He even recommended places for us to visit. The house is gorgeous. It has so much style. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. AC worked very well. Great appliances. The best thing about the house was the view. Wow! We enjoyed that every evening.

Beautiful home and pool, kitchen and gate are broken, property manager doesn’t respond
The check in was top notch. Everything was beautiful and clean, except that the driveway gate is broken so you have to park on the street and carry all your stuff 30 feet uphill. We were told it would be fixed on Monday (we checked in on Saturday), and no one was ever there to fix it. We also learned during check-in that the refrigerator in the kitchen was broken and that there’s a fridge in the laundry room instead. It’s an apartment sized fridge with the hinge on the wrong side so you have to open the door then squeeze in between the laundry room sink and fridge. Definitely not the chef’s fridge you think you’re getting. The wine fridge and ice maker pictured also don’t work. The oven is possessed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But it beeps a lot, and if you text Francisco about it, he won’t respond. If it rains, water comes in the primary bath, the primary bedroom, and the room next to the primary. After the rain, a few of us had allergic reactions to the mold/mildew in the house after the rain. Weird last note, but if you’re afraid of snakes, we saw 3 Puerto Rican racers, one on the patio, the rest in the bush. Thats nothing against the home, just a warning for people freaked out by snakes. The house and pool are beautiful, but you’re not going to get what you see in the photos, and after you check in, no one responds to you.

Disappointing… the property was not tenant ready
An active pinging camera control box(Bing) was installed. No cameras had been disclosed. The oven was in an error state, would not work. We were told to turn it off circuit breaker, and turn it back on. That did not fix the problem. I discovered if turned off at the control box for several hours it would reset, but returned to the error state quickly. The barbecue was only back up, b the grill was covered with crud from a lack of cleaning, the propane bottle was empty, and there was a crimp in the gas hose that prevented it from working. It was not safe. The hose needs to be replaced. There were no sheets on the master bedroom bed. (The property manager did on the first day return my initial call and brought a new propane tank and additional sheets.) that was the last call he returned. I attempted to contact the property manager and the property owner by phone and by email , but was unsuccessful each time. When we arrived the dishes in the cabinet had food debris on them. We ran all the dishes through the dishwasher before we could use them. There was frequent rain while we were there… the roof in two of the bedrooms leaked. We had to move one bed to protect from leaks. We notified the property manager, but no response. It was a four-bedroom house, but the fourth bedroom by the pool had an extremely strong, chemical odor, didn’t dissipate we had to double up in 3rd bedroom We had an early morning flight. management could not accomthe.
