An avid sports fan and nature explorer, I enjoy living in Arizona because of its beauty and experiences. Whether it is is your first time in Scottsdale or you are returning, it is great to have you here to enjoy this city.

The House of Colors provides a number of unique benefits. Centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale, delicious food, excellent shopping, and beautiful hikes are less than ten minutes away. Additionally, we are only fifteen minutes away from downtown Phoenix, the home of professional sports, nationally recognized concerts and tours, and an arts and historical district to explore. Drive less than ten minutes to Tempe to see power five collegiate sports, paddle-board in Tempe Town Lake, or enjoy a short hike on "A" Mountain.

Located across the park in a quiet neighborhood, this property offers a beautiful backyard complete with a heated pool (with basketball and volleyball attached), gazebo, fire-pit, luxury patio furniture, Blackstone cast iron grill, cafe lighting, and a 55 inch SmartTV. Take a look in our storage to find corn hole, ladder golf, pool toys, sports balls, and beer pong equipment.
