Managing Company not helpful
I was not planing on giving a review. I just wanted to put this in the past. However, the managing company gave me a review. In order to see it, I need to provide a review. Previous comments are accurate, floors were dirty, there was garbage in the kitchen trashcan, coffee mugs were dirty, the upstairs hall restroom toilet wasn't flushed, couches smelled like dog. We brought our own linens, silverware, and paper plates. Smoke alarms/Carbon Monoxide detector went off at midnight the last night of our stay. We couldn't find a source of fire. I called the managing company twice and selected their "emergency" option, no one answered. First time it got "disconnected". I left a voice mail. We decided to leave in the middle of the night since we didn't feel confortable staying until the morning. It wasn't a pleasant experience to drive through those mountains in the rain in the middle of the night. A week after our stay, no one has contacted me to talk about the incident. I guess this is a review to the Management Company. Keep in mind it is one of the two major property management companies in Deep Creek. This is the reason why I didn't want to give a review. Location is good and my son enjoyed the pool.
