Why they chose this property
This property is full of character, comfort, and coziness. Cuddle up next to the gas fireplace, or enjoy the night stars in the 7 person hot tub. The expansive deck allows for great conversations in an outdoor eating space or just relax with a drink and enjoy the mountain views. This south facing property allows the main level and master bedroom to be filled with sunlight all hours of the day. Each bedroom is perfectly spaced for additional privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to put together a wonderful family style dinner and enjoy that dinner on a dining room table that can set up to 10 people comfortably! Sitting on 4 acres, there is land to explore or walk 3/4 of a mile down to the Pine Valley Open Space and explore over 900 acres of hiking and biking paths along the river, or up the mountain. There is a beautiful lake that you can fish at in the summer or ice skate on in the winter. So many outdoor activities in our own back yard!
What makes this property unique
We are walking distance to Pine Valley Open Space, near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, liquor stores, post office, bars, antique stores and many more! We are within 5 miles from Buffalo Creek for some of the best mountain biking around or 20 minutes from Deckers, where you can fly fish all day long. We are located about 75 minutes from either Breckenridge, RMNP, or Colorado Springs. About 30 minutes from Red Rocks, where you can take in a concert or an outdoor movie. Close to Denver and the Denver International Airport.
