Newly updated and remodeled bathroom and floor in 2019 along with recent complete remodel in 2014, spacious Studio condo. New bathroom includes glass sliding door shower.

One of the nicest and best locations at the Kihei Bay Surf. Quiet 2nd floor location away from the street, and fully equipped!!! King Size Bed, Hawaiian themed, granite counter tops, Queen pullout sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, new appliances, 32 inch flat screen tv, blu-ray/dvd player(with access to Netflix and other online services), free wifi wireless internet, beach gear, Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, and more. Only steps from the beach.

*As of March 2023 laundry room is unavailable due to flooding with no projected date for reopening. Laundry facilities are located off Lipoa St. about a mile away with coin operated machines

We are now accepting reservations for the remainder of the year and into 2024 and beyond.

Cozy spot with easy access to airport

The four of us just stayed one night after returning from Hana but it was comfortable and allowed us easy access to the airport. Hosts were great and we were grateful that the place was ready for us 30ish minutes early.

Great location, super cute condo. Very clean. We really loved being so close to a beach and a very close drive towards food, shopping, etc. We saw a ton of turtles and even a monk seal right across the street at the little beach by the whale sanctuary. 10/10, will definitely come back!

Good price on a condo

This was a great price. It's not in the safest-feeling place, and it seems to be a lot of vacation rentals, but we didn't feel threatened. We might have had gas siphoned one night, and the parking is ridiculously tight. This is not at all a reflection on the owners. The place was clean and had most things we needed. It served our needs, but I might go a little farther south next time to be in a slightly better neighborhood. We only used the king bed, but there is a pullout, so you could easily sleep 4 people who like each other, and the host was very responsive to all questions and needs.

Well equipped, conveniently located apartment.

The condo is situated in a clean and quiet apartment complex. Parking was easy and comfortable. Communication was good. Nice patio and lots of beach gear available. The apartment is rather small. There is a clothes rail with some hangers, but it lacks a little more space for clothes as there is no closet or drawers. We enjoyed our stay ad recommend it. Thanks

Cute studio condo in north kihei. Well equipped with all the beach gear you could ever need Short drive from shops and Beaches. Be aware the laundry facility was out of order during our stay. The printer in the studio was out of toner. Everything else was great.

Supee Aufenthalt! Die Anlage und das Apartment sind gut gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Pool, Tennisplatz, Badesachen etc. Gastgeber war schnell und einfach zu erreichen und war auch sehr nett. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Kühlschrank brummt sehr laut und das Schloss an der Türe klemmt und konnte nur durch vollem Körpereinsatz eingerastet werden.

Very cozy little condo

Very clean, stayed for one quick night and would have stayed for longer if in the area. Nice pool/jacuzzi, tennis courts, ample parking and walking distance to some restaurants. Fold-out coach was a bit uncomfortable was the only thing.

We live in Denver, Colorado area most of the year, but we look forward to spending a few weeks in Maui every year. We purchased this unit earlier this year and have put a lot of hard work and effort into making it a condo that would be updated, clean, and have all well equipped.

We invite you to share our home away from home in the beautiful Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this unit in the beginning of 2013 since we have a lot of history with this complex.
It was hard finding the perfect way to vacation in Maui. After several vacations we finally stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf and loved it. We rented here several times through the years and loved it so much we decided to purchase our own condo here in 2011. Many of the units here are in major need of updating and some located too close to the noisy South Kihei Rd. This unit was perfect for us because of its quiet 2nd floor location, private Lanai, and peek a boo ocean view. We made it a priority to get this place up to our standard 'nice and inviting'. Too often do you see the wicker style furnished units in Maui. We wanted a more luxurious, seaside themed decor.
