Great location

This was a nice condo in a great location! Easy to get to everything with lots of nice restaurants close by and the kitchen is very well stocked if you want to stay in and cook!! The owner was very easy to work with! I’d definitely rent from her again, however, I will not rent through VRBO as long as they are charging international fees!! This was not the owners fault at all—she was great!!

Great location & well appointed

Condo is located in a very convenient place - access to grocery stores and highway access. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings and extras that really help with traveling. Host is very communicative and makes access very easy.

Comfortable bed and central location

The apartment is located in third floor at the end of building. The balcony offers privacy and outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances which makes it feel like you’re at home. The parking situation is easy due to assigned spaces. The location is great as it is easy to navigate your way around town with this VRBO as your starting point. Louise and attentive and readily available. I highly recommend Louise and her apartment!

Great Spring Training Location

The condo was welcoming and comfortable. It was located in an area that made it easy to get to places we wanted to go on the east and west sides of Phoenix. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Enjoyable stay in central Phoenix!

Great condo close to everything fun in Phoenix. Safe. Easy check in and use. Owner communicates well and takes great care of guests! My wife and I had a great stay!

A marvelous stay!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in Louise's home. She has everything just so. From the beautiful decorations and the very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could ask for inside the home to 2 Swimming pools and workout room. She was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nice place

The apartment is great, is well furnished. Louise is easy to get a hold of. The gym on the property is closed for some kind of maintenance and will open sometime. Located near a lot of good stuff.

Excellent Choice

First off this property should be rated #1. Host has excellent communication. Property is spic and span with lots of amenities. The area is safe and clean. Also with lots near by. Location Location location. Came in town to work Super Bowl and WM Open.

Perfect Getaway

This place was clean, quiet, and cute! It is centrally located, so we were able to take day trips to the Tucson Gem Show, Scottsdale, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. Louise was a super host! She is sweet and attentive. We how to return one day!

Amazingly surprised with tranquility

We needed a place for a few nights after our home got painted because we’re careful inhaling stuff like. I figured I had booked nice accommodations but when I walked in, we were both completely blown away.Everything was clean (spotless actually) and soooo much nicer than the pictures portray. The decorations were some of the most comforting and inviting of ever seen and I immediately thought of a spa like place, it was just such an immediate “ahhhh” sound for us. Valulted ceilings, comfortable couch, super nice patio, perfect bed, great lighting, I mean the list of perks just get so excited again! We even used the hot tub and fitness center and loved them both as well. I wish we had more time to stay, because I’m loving it! Didn’t really want to leave due to all the amenities and the oasis like environment, and I loved the location because we could walk anywhere from restaurants on. The only thing I would change is flight of stairs to go into the home. Not bad, but not ideal, good thing they are in the shade and brief! Overall, stay was 10 out of 10, we LOVED it!! Come on next home renovations, already looking forward to going back!!
