Feel like staying in? Cook a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or grill some BBQ on the outdoor grill. On those cold nights, cozy up on the couch and warm up next to the indoor electric fireplace. Get a competitive tournament of Foosball going, or, play one of the many board games provided around the table with your family and friends. Make your way outside and enjoy a game of cornhole— bound to be a family favorite. The backyard boasts a firepit, with comfortable seating and enough firewood to last your stay.

Things to note:

This home is located in The Pocono Country Place— a gated community. Amenities include community pools (open Memorial Day- Labor Day), tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and beach access to Lake Carobeth and Dresser Lake.

To get access to the pools, amenity passes must be purchased at the Welcome Center. Pools are normally closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. All other amenities are free to access. Guests under the age of 13 must be supervised by someone 18 years or older.

Daily passes: Age 3-17yrs $3.25 | Age 18+ $5.25 per day.

To check in, you must get a gate pass at the Welcome Center. This is to ensure the safety of you and those living in the community. The office will require an ID and car registration from the driver at check in.

Welcome Center Hours:
M-W 7:00am- 4:30pm
Th-Fri 7:00am- 8:30pm
Sat-Sun 7:00- 3:30pm

Please note that we are required to submit an application on your behalf at least 48hrs prior to your date of check in. If this information is not received in time, a $50 fee is added and the reservation could be delayed or even canceled. We would like to avoid this at any cost, so please send us the appropriate information in a timely manner.
