Fairway Dunes is a lovely community with a glittering pool, kiddie pool, and two tennis courts to entertain you and your guests! This location is only a short drive to historic Downtown Charleston, where you can experience local eateries, arts, entertainment, and tours.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home in the pleasant living area filled with plush furniture, a sophisticated fireplace, and a large TV mounted above it to stream your favorite movies. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Great Location

Loved the location. The property was semi updated and comfortable. We cooked a lot and would have liked to have better pots/pans and grill utensils but otherwise it was a perfect property for what we needed.

It is a very nice place. The decor was very nice. The location beautiful. The bedrooms were perfect for two couples and one adult single. Golf and tennis opportunities location great. Pool across the driveway with privacy hedges. Loved the sitting areas it provided kitchen spacious and well equipped. Came with all the necessities such as soaps and detergents Highly recommend only downfall wasTV options recommend you bring your passwords for streaming.

Wonderful stay!

Our family has been vacationing at Wild Dunes for nearly 15 years and this is one of the best home layouts and locations we have rented for our family of 5. In addition to its cleanliness, the privacy and decor were great! I have two suggestions to make a great stay even better...first, the kitchenware (cookie sheets, spatulas, glasses, etc.) can use replacements and second, the kitchen needs more towels and dish clothes. Thank you for allowing us the stay at your beautiful home!

Perfect for a family

Had two teenagers and my mom along with me and my husband. Nice to have 3 bathrooms and an easy walk to the beach! Would love to come back in the summer!

Nice place!

The property was very clean and well decorated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Wish we could go back in the summer because the beach is beautiful. It is only a short walk from the rental.

Great place and amenities

Place was clean and spacious right on the golf course. We found it clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. A few things annoyed us and we thought they we less than desirable. Outside of the living room, the TVs were tiny but it seemed like they were everywhere. The internet service is unreliable fir some reason. Minor issues for the most part as we were very satisfied.

Fairway Dunes was great

It was roomy, comfortable, plenty of tv's, great view of the golf course, easy walk. Would love for owner to share the golf cart but also understand why they don't. Great location!

Great space for family getaway

We enjoyed everything about this property. It was beautifully appointed: plenty of everything needed; love the artwork and furnishing/fixtures; appreciated the abundance of hooks in the bathrooms and the functional/durable wood blinds. The location was fantastic, with the view of the golf course that included a lagoon (great for wildlife viewing), and proximity to the tennis/pickleball courts. We've stayed at Fairway Dunes several times and this is probably our favorite unit. With family members staying at Mariner's Walk, the beach access is ideal.

Comfortable accommodations

This was a nice property. It was not managed by the owner, so there were a lot of warning messages (noise ordnances, fines for breakage, etc) through out the house, than there were welcoming messages. The notebook of area information was very generalized. There was no information specific to the Wild Dunes resort, in which the condo is located, and all it has to offer.

IOP beach trip

House was perfect for our family of 6 people, Gaga and Papa, son and daughter in law, and granddaughters. Swimming pool right across the street and relatively easy walk to beach. An LSV was perfect for getting to beach and around the island!

Perfect vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 50 Fairway Dunes. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. Our teens utilized the tennis court and the pool. Sitting on the screened porch and watching the deer was so relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property - terrible management company.

Although this particular property was lovely, our experience with Vacasa was not! I emailed them prior to our trip with a question about the accommodations. Nine days after my initial email, they finally responded. When we arrived, the door code they gave us did not work. After wasting 30 minutes, we had to make a return trip to the rental office to deal with the issue. That trip added another hour of our time lost! During out stay, one of the batteries in a smoke detector died. The unit began chirping every few minutes. I called the office to let them know and let them know it would take a very tall ladder to change it. No one was ever sent to deal with it! The property is beautiful and nicely furnished. There is a sign on the patio table saying MANDATORY SILENCE from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am - however, the golf course was groomed with LOUD machines every morning. Our first morning, the mowers and blowers were out our window at 6:45 am. That is hard when traveling in from a different time zone - a very rude awakening on our first day of vacation! The renter's notebook asked us to not turn the air conditioner below 70 degrees, which made the bedrooms upstairs very warm at night.

Long weekend away

First time to Charleston and we wanted to be by the beach. This was a great option but be aware it is a 30 minute drive into Charleston.

Relaxing weekend

Arrived to a text that we could check in early on Friday which was lovely. The house is beautifully decorated and has just about anything you might need in the kitchen. We sat on the screened in porch every night and enjoyed a little wine while watching golfers go by (beautiful view). The beds are all very comfortable and we had more than enough room with five adults. I would highly recommend this property. One thing I would suggest for future renters would be to have a book w/ tips or recommendations in the area. We stayed at another unit in Fairway Dunes two years ago and they had a book that had some great info for the area. Simple things like where the closest beach access is and good restaurants in the area is really helpful. Also, it would be helpful to add items that are not supplied like beach towels.

Very nice townhouse!! Property was clean, easy to access and had more than enough room for just the 2 of us. I was able to watch some pretty bad golf shots from the deck. I felt much better about my game after watching many golfers approaching and on the 6th green. Brutal! Awesome place and we will return to Isle of Palms in October….. some year?
