The building includes 3 hot tubs and a sauna right on-site with an outdoor heated pool adjacent to the nearby Dakota building. Get the day started with a workout in the building's fitness center and finish the day in the building's common area shooting some pool. Parking is simple in a heated underground garage with an elevator to access the building. The ski lockers on the first floor make getting onto the slopes extremely convenient! Laundry facilities are also available in the building.
There are plenty of activities in Keystone year-round. Obviously downhill skiing and riding are the big thing in winter, but you can also tube on the mountaintop, cross country ski, snowshoe, ice skate, or just have some good old-fashioned fun sledding! In the summer, you can golf, mountain bike, hike, or hit the lake for stand up paddle boarding, paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking and more. If you're more here just to visit and enjoy the scenery, you can take a ride up the gondola year-round as well.

Maintenance of these systems as well as the building's plumbing is typically planned during the off season and scheduled during mid-day hours to minimize any impact to guests, however, in an Emergency situation, the building may require shutting down one of these systems without limited notice for short periods to complete any repairs.*****
