This beautiful home is conveniently located 275 feet from the Sugar Loaf Trailhead and some of the most well-known hiking/biking spots in all of Sedona. A few of the numerous nearby landmarks include Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and the Keyhole Cave. From here you can also enter the expansive Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Our home has been lovingly outfitted and updated with convenience in mind and your experienced host will be available at all times. This gorgeous home is the perfect home base for your Sedona getaway! The split floor plan and numerous updates offer privacy and comfort for all. Inside our home you will find all new furniture, new Sealy mattresses in all bedrooms, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace, two new 55 inch Smart TV's, and a full coffee station (drip, K-Cup, French press). To keep everyone entertained we have provided fast wifi, DIRECTV's Choice package, free Netflix, an NES Classic with over 2000 classic games, along with board games and puzzles. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered front porch offers seating for six with amazing views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Centrally located West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining, wine bars, and steakhouses. There are several grocery stores in the direct vicinity for your convenience including the Sedona Whole Foods and several organic grocers. Sedona Airport/Airport Mesa and the Mary D. Perfect Sedona Home

Great location in Sedona

My wife, teenage son and I stayed in this home for a few nights over Spring Break. It is only a two minute walk out the front door to miles of great trails. The neighborhood is quiet and only a 2 minute drive from numerous restaurants.

We LOVED our time in Sedona and at this property! Chris was incredibly responsive every time we communicated. We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location! We did have a rental car and all the hikes and restaurants were easy to get to.

Winter getaway

We had a great time staying in West Sedona. This house is near the trailhead to fabulous hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We used the kitchen each night to prepare a meal. Perfect for our group of friends.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to trailhead. Host provided plenty of water for hiking which was much appreciated. Primary shower was difficult getting in and out, however, secondary bathroom had another shower. Would stay here again.

Sedona family vacation

Property was the perfect location and size for our family of 4. Great neighborhood super close to hiking and only a short drive to downtown Sedona. Owner thought of everything, from hiking poles and packs, coolers, water shoes, and water for hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again if our travels take us back to Sedona.

AMAZING HOME

Girls trip to Sedona and the property was absolutely amazing! The home is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could ever want and more, AND is in the most perfect location! Walkable distance to hiking trail, short drive to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub too. LOVE!

Great place to stay!

It was wonderful. Check in/out was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and extra sheets etc. They also provide backpacks and other items for hiking, such as water bottles and walking sticks. You really are just steps away from the trailhead and a short drive to other places as well. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we go back to Sedona (which we plan on because it’s so beautiful) we would definitely book with them again.

Great stay in Sedona

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Please read the property description as it is exactly as advertised! The property comes complete with all that we needed for an enjoyable getaway in red rock country. The host thought of everything - even supplying bottled waters, great for taking along on hikes.As great as this property is, the best part is dealing with the host, Chris. We had an unexpected travel issue that delayed our arrival. We contacted Chris to make him aware. His act of kindness in response to our travel woes was greatly appreciated and will definitely be remembered. Thank you again Chris!We highly recommend this place, and hope to return again soon.

Close to vortexes and trails and city center! Comfy house with great hot tub and beautiful view of the stars. Had hiking supplies there that we utilized, so nice! Awesome host would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful rental in great location!
