This spacious single family home Alexander model floorplan on an extra large corner lot has plenty of room for everyone in 1,849 sq ft with 3 well appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths, dining room, kitchen and family room.

The lanai offers indoor-outdoor relaxing backyard space with lake views. The front porch provides a covered seating area with views of a lovely open community space for your kids to play!

Sleeps up to 6 people in a coastal Florida style furnished home. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a full size bed. Each bedroom has a private en suite bathroom.

The home is completely furnished, includes use of a washer and dryer and a stocked kitchen with all the conveniences of home.

You will have access to the amenities of Babcock Ranch, which include Founder's Square for social events, kayaking, canoeing, dining, entertainment lawn with live performances, coffee and ice cream shops, market cafe, co-working and office spaces, outdoor outfitters, health/wellness lifestyle facility, splash pad and boardwalk.

Enjoy TWO resort-style community pools and lodges with fire pits, grills and relaxing areas. Additional amenities include walking trails, dog park, playground and pickleball courts.

The home is in the Babcock Ranch Trail's Edge community (outside of the Babcock National Golf community). Therefore, this home does not have the high fees other rental properties charge for golf membership. If you are interested in golf, please contact the Babcock National Golf club for details, costs and availability.

Nice house at Babcock Ranch

Very nicely appointed house with amenities in all 3 baths and kitchen. I would recommend this VRBO to others looking in the Babcock Ranch area. Loved screened lanai to watch sunrise with my cup of coffee.
