Easter Weekend

This apartment and the previous Riverchase Properties that my family and I have stayed in are always top-notch. The communication between the lister and I are always very quick, accurate, and helpful. We enjoy staying each time and will contact Riverchase before anyone/anywhere else when visiting Pigeon Forge.

Brand-new on the edge of Pigeon Forge

This property is still in brand-new shape as of Dec 2022. Plenty of room for six (if you can get two on the fold-out couch). No carpet, all vinyl-plank flooring, which makes it seem much more clean, at least to me. Quiet street with only open land behind. Great if you want to have an outdoor gathering when the weather suits. Full kitchen including coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Recommended for families. Note: the full bath is upstairs, so be sure that all staying are able-bodied.

Great place and location

This rental was in an ideal location, was clean and the check-in process was a breeze. The location backs up to a nice park.

New or newly remodeled property but has issues

New or newly remodeled property with many construct shortfalls. Both doors have 3 to 4 inch gaps under them allowing for fun critters to come visit and loads of cold air to roll through. No hot water upstairs. No TV access due to internet connectivity issues. Laundry room closet door wouldn't stay closed and bumped the fridge door if opened. Downstairs toilet ran endlessly of flushed. No outside light bulbs front or back, yet beware of bear warnings in the area. Construction nails throughout the parking area. Left 3 on the kitchen counter. Positives - great location can walk to trolly stops if you don't want to drive around. Great decor. Best stocked rental to date.

Our Stay

We had an excellent time and my parents were extremely impressed. We would suggest getting a rug under the couch to minimize the couch scooting as well as making sure the sections of the couch stayed connected.
