Quiet and peaceful
If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place this is it. You can get to town in about 20 mins for any supplies that you need. I will stay here again the next time Im over in this area.

Nice, cozy place to rest your body and soul. Far enough away to escape the city but close enough to go to dinner. Nice people at night the stars are amazing!

Just as described. Quiet and peaceful. From the isolated location, the deck, the fishing pond, to the soaking tub it all equaled a relaxing weekend to to slow down and reconnect.

My husband and I needed a break from the weekly rat race. Marion County cabin was just what the doctor ordered! Very peaceful and scenic. Plan on going back again and again!

Best little Cabin in the Woods!
The overall stay was fantastic! The cabin met all of our needs. It's quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The hostess was wonderful! She was quick to respond to any of the text/ concerns we had. If we decide to go back next year to Alabama we will surely be staying there again.

It’s was awesome!
The main reason we booked this place is for the “stocked” pond well it had perch and blue hill all day long but for some reason we couldn’t catch nothing else but that. Other than that it was beautiful and peaceful!

My family was thrilled to stay at this property while spending a weekend hiking at Dismals Canyon. Well appointed and decorated with the right amount of space for the little indoor time we needed. Loved fishing and the paddle boat. There’s beauty all around!

Ive stayed here several times and i have enjoyed it each visit. The bathtub is amazing... the beds are comfortable... the entire place is just a little piece of heaven to relax and escape. My daughter loved the deck that jets out to the water... she would go sit out there and just soak up the sun and watch the fish. I will be back

It was a great stay that I wanted to last longer. Accidentally forgot my departure time but they were very hospitable and patient. I did not like the neighbors dogs coming over and staying outside all night.

The cabin was very nice and I loved the big bath tub. The area was a little off the beaten path but the surroundings were nice and my dog loved the romp around the pond. It was a little tricky finding the right driveway but instructions from property owner were accurate and helpful. Aubrey quickly responded to inquiries. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will most likely stay again.

We stayed the week of 8-8 the 11th, everything we needed and gave us the opportunity to send our Daughter off properly to RSM as a first year student , I can only imagine us being here a dozen or so more times , no reason to look for anything else(as long as its available of course) Thank you Aubrey, it and you are a true Blessing.

The cabin is very cute and has a great feeling of home comfort. The black stone grill was great making quick fixes for dinner. The large deep tub was amazing. Plenty of hot water. And it the pond and deck with the picnic table made for enjoyable relaxing memories. The cabin is hidden from the main road. And is dark where the car is parked. A a street light near the parking area would be nice. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Amazing. Simply amazing. The property is away from everything but close enough to town for any needs that might arise. Aubrey was very accommodating and always responded quickly whenever i sent a message. The cabin was clean and well kept. The deck and outdoor space was so nice to relax and just be present in nature. The tub was the best part for me. I loved the opportunity to relax and soak away all stress. Thank you for such amazing stays. I cant wait to come back
