I am proud husband and father of 4 kids, Orginally from Colombia I have lived in South Florida for 30 years. I am a Real Estate professional. I enjoy the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking and tennis.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this home 10 years ago because we love this eclectic neigborhood located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Best known for its parks and museum, North Miami has it all. The central location gives easy access to Aventura mall, Gulfstream Park, Miami Beach, Wyndwood, Downtown Miami. Parks, beaches, and bays abound, along with a wide assortment of recreational, cultural, and dining opportunities. .
What makes this property unique
Open floor plan kitchen with island seating. The second bathroom offers access to the pool deck. Outside in the backyard you will find a pool deck with 4 chaise lounges for relaxing, a cover gazebo and gas grill for outdoor dining. Seating and open space for games and entertainment (ping pong table, corn hole, pool toys)
