This home is truly an old school Laramie house. It was clean and cozy and was perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
We had 10 people staying for a night before a backpacking trip in Colorado. The place was comfortable and spacious for our group. We really appreciated the hosts having this available.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was a nice place to stay. It is an old home, so the layout is unusual with steep stairs and walking through one bedroom to get to another, things like that. Unfortunately the portable crib was not usable. We just needed somewhere for 8 of us to stay the night, so it worked for our needs.
Pros: This house fit a lot of us comfortably in it despite its small square footage. Its location is very close to the Laramie airport and everything else in town. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles. Neighborhood was quiet, no issues.
Cons: It is an older house so there are some things to be aware of. The stairs to go downstairs are very steep and there are no railings on the outside steps or the inside steep steps. My dad is blind and fell off the steps outside. This is definitely a hazard that should be addressed but just something to be aware of in the occasion a handicapped person is in your group.
