THE PARKING SPOT is small & fits a small SUV but all passengers must exit to maneuver into spot . Off site parking available in the FREE Public parking lot North of the Bahia or on the surrounding streets .

2 bed 2 bath Downstairs Unit on the Bay Across from the Bahia.. Family Friendly Quite Neighborhood , I live in the Unit above and my neighbors are full time residents , therefore this is NOT the Unit to rent if you want to be loud, have parties or entertain . NO guests allowed. I prefer renting to family of 4 looking for a quiet family vacation.

Mission Bay Stay and Play

We had an absolute blast! This is the perfect location for 4 people who want to chill out and enjoy all Mission has to offer. The home was stocked with all our needs including some beach chairs and boogie boards. We grilled and sat by the fire most nights. The only drawback was our rented minivan didn't fit in the parking spot. We were able to park for free by the Bahia Resort and it was a quick walk on the bay. Wonderful place, highly recommend!

Great location!

This place was perfect for us! The bay is steps away and Mission Beach is a short walk along with Belmont Park and many restaurants (Starbucks is right around the corner). Great people watching (and view of Sea World's fireworks) from the patio. The rental car company gave us a larger car than we requested so we couldn't park in the spot but public parking was so close and convenient that it didn't matter. Overall, it was great being so close to the action but being able to come back to a quiet place after a busy day!

Great Spot in Mission Beach

I stayed at Tracy’s property for the three-day, holiday weekend in June. My nephew was graduating university and my daughter and I found Tracy’s accommodation as a good central spot to meet with other family members. We had a get-together at the accommodation on Sunday and everyone raved about the place. We enjoyed a great patio, for catching up and a piece of the bay beach seemingly in the backyard that seemed to be just ours for frisbee, tossing the football back and forth, and lots of space for the little ones to collect seashells. Tracy’s accommodation is a cute little hidden away condo that I will hopefully be able to go back to whenever I need a break from the grind of the SF Bay Area. It’s close to the airport, close to the beach (the real one - we walked there in less than 10 minutes) and there are many independent coffee shops and restaurants in the area that I would like to explore further. It’s a two br; two bath and I enjoyed a walk-in closet in my room. It truly can be your home away from home. Thank you Tracy for putting up with me and my crazy family. You welcomed us into a spotlessly clean accommodation and I did my best to return it to you as such, although I think I left some dirty dishes in the sink…sorry!

Quiet Weekend at Mission Bay

Tracy has a nice, tidy property that four of us enjoyed for a long weekend. The location is quiet, yet close to all that Mission Bay offers. The parking at this property is challenging as noted in the listing, but workable with a small car, I will surely consider this property for my next Mission Bay weekend.

Great location!

If you are looking for a rental close to the beach this is it. The great part of this location is that it is bayside. So if you have small kids or just don’t want the bustle of the beachside this is perfect. Plus the beachside is just a five minute walk. The place is clean and well appointed (especially in the kitchen if you like to cook). The best part is the beach supply closet that has chairs, umbrellas and even boogie boards. The host also has a hose for easy clean up after the beach so you can avoid getting sand all over the house. Great experience. Great location.

Girls trip

Four ladies stayed here and had a great time. We had to double up in the beds but we've known each other for 20+ years so no big deal. The place to very clean and the location is fabulous. The parking is a bit of a challenge and probably not possible if you are a large person. We were able to make it work though without any real issue. I would definitely like to stay again.

Beauty on the Bay!

Million-dollar San Diego Bay front location (right on the sand). Just a short walk to the beach. Comfortable, clean beach cottage. It has all the comforts of home while on vacation. We'll definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo on the bay

Such a beautiful place to stay with amazing views from patio. Very clean and comfortable. We crossed the street to Bemont park. Lots of yummy places to eat within 5-10 minutes. Owner was readily available upstairs yet gave us privacy. Nighttime with fire on patio, and fireworks from Sea World were incredible! I highly recommend.

Beautiful spot!!!

Our little getaway to San Diego was great! The property was just beautiful and very “beach”. Perfect spot right across from the bay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The grill worked perfectly and the fire table was used by us every night! Walking distance to Belmont park and all the activity on the boardwalk. The parking spot was a bit tight. We ended up parking in the public lot across the way. We would definitely rent from Tracy again.

Meh...

Location is nice. We left this home a day early because we were uncomfortable. No real breeze from the ocean and no air conditioning so it often felt stuffy and hot. Place felt dated and crowded to us. The king bed is very worn, sags in two spots and sheets that were placed on it were piling, should have been replaced a few years ago. TV's have cable but no way to stream Netflix or other apps. Only given one bath towel per person. Owner lives directly upstairs so we never felt like we had privacy.

Great family vaca spot

Beautiful, comfy, clean house. Large patio was perfect for meals or to allow the kids to play safely. Owner was very responsive and helpful in providing tips. Extremely convenient location for bay, beach, restaurants, activities. Would come back here again.

Sister Getaway

My sisters and I met in SD to have a long awaited getaway. I was so pleased with my choice of accommodation. The place was clean and the neighborhood was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of extra bedding if needed, fans for temp comfort, games and books. There is a washer and dryer, which we did not use but can imagine would be very useful if spending a lot of time at the beach etc. The quiet, serene Bay side was exactly what we were looking for. I would love to bring my husband and young daughter next time. The location is perfect and has a little bit of everything. It’s a little on the pricier side compared to some others in the same neighborhood. My only suggestion for the inside would be to have just a few more cooking basics like cooking spray, olive oil. Some basic spices. I love to cook but we flew down. Went to the grocery store but was not going to buy all of those things just for two days. Overall, very very happy and impressed. Thanks again for hosting.

Awesome Property

Very clean and spacious property. The location can't be beat. It's within walking distance to Belmont Park. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. Quiet neighborhood and just feet from the bay. We really enjoyed our vacation here.

Beautiful

Beautiful beach house with incredible bay views. Enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the seagulls and watching the paddle boarders and kayaks. Nice amenities and very safe. Beds are comfy and furniture is kept up and set up nicely. This is a great spot!

Enjoyed Every Minute of our Stay!

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! We were 2 couples who traveled from Michigan to celebrate a 50th bday and spent a long weekend in one of our favorite areas and this place exceeded our expectations. Loved the great location right on the beach, the beautiful outside patio with fire table right on the bay, and all the amenities were there that we needed (and then some). Super quick to get to from the airport, great places to shop and eat within walking distance, all the beach stuff you need is provided (beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs) and we loved just stepping off the patio and onto the trail for our long morning walks (both the bay side and ocean side). We really appreciated the quietness of the bayside location and enjoyed watching all the people riding their bikes and walking along the trail. Mission Beach is the perfect location to get to just about everything in the San Diego area. Tracy’s home was super clean and comfortable, and Tracy was a perfect host - responsive and accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect location on Mission Bay, close to everything we needed.

Lovely condo overlooking Mission Bay. Close to bike rentals, convenience store, couple of blocks to the ocean and roller coaster. Mission Bay is right outside the door, and this spot is perfect for people who paddleboard (we don't, but if you do, this spot cannot be beat). Owner is very responsive -responded immediately when we checked in late and had a small issue with some missed areas w/ cleaning. Head housekeeper contacted us first thing in the morning and took care of it in a flash. Thank you Tracy!

Family fun

My family and I spent 5 nights at Tracy’s unit and it was perfect. The location is ideal right on the boardwalk and a quick walk to the roller coaster park. Very clean space and had everything you need for a family vacation. Chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were all on site and in great condition. I would stay here again and would highly recommend her unit for anyone going to mission beach.

The best at Mission Bay

We can’t say enough about how great Tracy’s property is. Walk right out to the bay, which is quiet and perfect for families. Tracy has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation both inside the house and out on the patio. We will be back!
