Come experience the “BeachLife” at our meticulously maintained 2 story townhome! The neighborhood of Prominence is centrally located along the beautiful scenic stretch of County Road 30A. We would love to host your family, as we have the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your next beach vacation! While in our home, it is our goal to provide you with an experience that will have you planning your return visit to stay with us again, even before you leave!



Our Prominence North Townhome features 3 bedrooms (K, Q, Full/Twin Bunk) plus a queen pull out sofa in the living room, 2.5 bathrooms, 10ft ceilings, luxury finishes and beautiful beach themed decor throughout! We are just 4 houses away from the larger of the 2 resort style community pools. The Prominence North 5,000 sq ft, zero entry pool is heated in October, November, March, and April! Combined with our short distance to several public beach access points, multiple included options for convenient travel with our 6-seat golf cart, 4 bikes, as well as being located directly across the street from the popular entertainment hot spot, “The Big Chill", our townhome is sure to become your families favorite vacation destination!



If you are a MLB or NHL sports fan, we have you covered! We have active subscription to MLB Extra Innings and NHL Center Ice packages. Stay connected to your favorite Major League Baseball and Professional Hockey teams while you are at your home away from home!



BeachLife, our townhome is well suited for families of all sizes with its fully equipped, well stocked open kitchen, upgraded stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, hardwood and tile floors in every room, luxury mattresses, as well as guest focused furnishings throughout! There is plenty of space for gathering together while meals are prepared in the kitchen which is a part of the large open floor plan that allows for easy views into the living and dining areas. Relax on the spacious 1st floor patio which extends the entire length of the rear of our home and backs up to a spacing of wooded nature. Our garage is fully stocked with all of the gear that is needed to enjoy a full day at the beach!



30A is a scenic stretch down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast enclosed by Panama City Beach and Destin. This route creates a sense of wonder as one cruises through the natural beauty of rare dune lakes, soft white sands, and stunning emerald waters exclusive to the area. County Road 30A conjoins the coastal villages of South Walton, holding its own unique characteristics that depict a dream like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. When you stay with us, you are centrally located on the Eastern side of 30A - close to Seacrest, Seagrove, Rosemary, Alys Beach, WaterSound and Seaside! The surrounding area is extremely family friendly and perfect for cruising on the local 30A sidewalks and bike trails! Public Beach Access: There are several convenient public beach entrances near Prominence. All you have to do is choose which location and how you want to get there! Our guests can use our 4 bikes or our 6-seat golf cart to get to 5 of the closest 6 public beach access points listed below!

By Bike/ Golf Cart / Car: Deer Lake State Park - take a right out of our neighborhood, and the Deer Lake entrance is located just 0.7 miles away! There is a small parking fee approx. $3. There are about 48 parking spaces and bathrooms are available. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area public access points. Use our included beach wagon to help with the walk down the wooden bridge over the beautiful dunes! Don't forget to take pictures along the way! The view is breathtaking!! IMPORTANT - Because this is a public state park, and not a public Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Address: 6271 County Highway 30A, 32461.

By Golf Cart / Car: Walton Dunes - take a right out of the neighborhood and find the easily accessible public beach entrance of Walton Dunes located just 2.5 miles from Prominence! There are no stairs or ramps, so you can walk right up to the beach, however there aren't any restrooms at this location. Take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for approx. 15 cars/golf carts. Address: 238 Beachfront Trail, 32459.

By Golf Cart / Car: Santa Clara Access - take a right out of Prominence, and Santa Clara is about 3.5 miles down County Road 30A. This access is a Walton County, ADA approved, public beach access located near Bramble Grove Road with restrooms and parking for approx. 35 cars/golf carts. Address: 3468 County Road 30A, 32459.

By Golf Cart / Car: Van Ness Butler Jr. Access - This access is tucked right between Seaside and Watercolor. It boasts with a large parking lot (100 cars) and has just a short walk from the parking lot to the public beach. The beach can be accessed by stairs or a ramp. Beach chair rentals are available here. A multi-stall bathroom and some shaded benches are available by the car parking lot. ADA accessible. Address: 1931 E. County Road 30A, 32459

By Car Only (must travel HWY 98 where golf carts are not permitted): Inlet Beach Access - This location is divided into three entry points, offering the longest stretch of public beach of all the regional accesses. Parking is also ample here (110 parking spaces), it stretches the length of all three accesses (A,B,& C). The middle access point, access B, is the largest. It features bathrooms in a small pavilion that serves as a picture frame window to the beach. Take a paved pathway to get to the beach. Stop to take pictures on one of the benches that line the walkway! The beach thru access B is by ramp. Beach chair rentals are available here, as are beach wheelchairs. This is also where snorkelers can access South Walton Artificial Reef Association's Grouper Reef, located about 925 feet offshore. Access points A and C are located on either side of B. Boardwalks wind through natural dunes covered with scrub brush and saw palmetto. Head down some stairs to access the public beach at entry points A and C. ADA accessible. Community Pools: The Town of Prominence offers 2 large resort style community pools! The North Side Pool is zero entry, 5,000 sq ft and is a short walk (just 4 buildings away) from our townhouse! This beautiful pool offers lots of seating, cabanas, 2 full size gas grills, a dining pavilion, and a bathhouse with restrooms, all within the bounds of secured pool gates! The Prominence South Pool is a bit more intimate, located just across 30A and is nestled within the single-family homes. It features a stunning fire pit and relaxing seating options!



Entertainment:

Just a short walk across County Road 30A, at the pedestrian equipped signal, lies “The Big Chill”, formerly known as “The Hub". Our guests can conveniently enjoy access to restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center Event Pavilion which hosts live entertainment, farmers markets, movie nights, DJ Dance Parties and more! A few fan favorite restaurants at The Big Chill are Macho Taco, Duos All-American Eats, Nectar Coffee, Local Smoke BBQ, Super Freeze Ice Cream, and Hooked Seafood Table! Also, be sure to check out the food trucks and seasonal snowball stand!
