Entering the home through the ground level garage, you will find a mother-in-law suite with a full kitchen, bedroom with a Queen bed and flat screen television, full bathroom, and laundry room. There is also a door leading to the home's private back porch and fenced yard. This area is perfect for two families traveling together.

Upstairs on the second level is the larger kitchen and spacious, open concept living/dining area. Just off the living room is a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy a drink and the views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a second bedroom with both a Queen and a twin-size bed and another full bathroom.

Traveling to the third level, is the large master bedroom, with a King size bed, a door to another private balcony, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Across the hall is the fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed and the fourth full bathroom.

For your convenience, this property does have a pack-and-play, as well as a baby gate to keep small children safe from stairs.
