We are very kids friendly, yet the large and spacious grounds provide the privacy & serenity when you seek it.

In a resort with a mind towards pampering the active guests; Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at our restaurant or pool side cafe For golfers and other early risers, our restaurant opens for service at 6:30 AM daily. In traditional Mexican fashion, guests are encouraged to dine at their leisure either in air-conditioned comfort or on the covered terrace surrounded by tropical gardens, waterfalls, and coconut palms while listening to the relaxing sound of the surf in the background.

Would recommend

Fantastic little condo with quiet pool put front. Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s gorgeous and was very easy for my kids to play in the pool while we sat on the hammock or on our porch. Facilities are beautiful and clean. We will definitely come back! We ate at the hotel pool bar and restaurants which were delicious.

Gorgeous property with resort amenities

We loved our stay and the condo is exactly as described. It’s beautiful and located in the building next to the main building with the restaurants, bar, gift shop and beautiful spa. The condo is also located directly in front of one of the smaller beautiful pools with a view of the ocean. We walked to view the sunrise every morning directly on the ocean with a fully paved path and sitting area, less than a one minute walk. The main resort pool is also about a minute walk away where they have a beautiful ocean view. There are two connected pools with an infinity pool, swim up pool bar, teak wood chairs with thick cushions. We saw whales from the pool deck every single day! We had an amazing 10 days and if we come back to Cabo, we will stay in this unit again. The surf was very flat in DEC but this location is about a 7 minute drive north to Zippers. He golfed at Cabo Real on property and the golf course attendant brought us back from the course by golf card. He also played at Club Campestre (20 minutes) and Palmilla (10 minutes) loved them both but Palmilla was his favorite. The condo is cleaned every 3 days and we left $5-$10 dollars per visit. The staff at Zoetry is exceptional. I had a massage & facial & received 20% off because we were renting from a condo owner. The services were very professional & high end. The only inconvenience is the resort no longer allows you to set up an account so every pool bar, bar or restaurant visit had to be paid in full.

Just what we needed

My wife and I like avoiding populated areas. At first when we got there (our first time in Cabo) we were a little nervous it wasn’t going to be convenient. But once we figured out how easy it is to Uber back and forth we really enjoyed the stay. The unit itself is perfect for two people especially if you’ll be there more than a few days. It doesn’t feel like a hotel which is great and you can make it as much a home as you want or don’t. Being able to walk out to a pool was great. And being able to walk to the beach was even better. It was really nice having some of the privileges of staying on the same property as the hotel so that you would at least have some options for food and drinks. And it was nice to be within walking distance of some of the other hotels as well if we wanted to change it up. I really appreciated the quick communication and we really got to enjoy meeting some of the others that stayed on that property whether on vacation or living full time. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again

Great place

The apartment is lovely and has a nice view of the ocean and pool right out back. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. The hotel attendants were always available to help with whatever we needed. My husband got change from the concierge (exchanged cash) and Carlos took us to the Hilton on the golf cart several times to see friends. The Mexican restaurant at the hotel was better than the beach restaurant. Overall this VRBO was a great value for the money and I would stay there again.

Lovely Stay in Cabo

The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Owners were responsive and accommodating. The unit doesn't have a huge view but you have access to the entire resort so its not really an issue. The bedroom had two beds which was great for a girls trip. Casa Del Mar is a find in the middle of all the high priced hotels now built along the corridor. We will be back!

Even better than described!

Beautiful grounds, great pool access, and the beach is literally a 60 second walk away. And yes, this property has an ocean view (peekaboo view over the pool). Can’t wait to return.

Can't wait to come back!

This rental was everything we hoped for! The resort and condo were perfect for our spring break trip. Beautiful views, very peaceful, not over crowded and perfect location to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. We didn't have any issues requiring help from the owners, however, they answered all of our questions prior to travel very promptly. We can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous property!!

Nothing but good things to say. Note: we switched to a different condo upon arrival (by choice and a larger unit was available). Highlights: fabulous communication and convenience from the owner. All very top notch. The property is gorgeous. The ocean is amazing. Sand beautiful. Lovely pools (some with more or less views). All staff were very friendly. Food was solid for a resort. We will absolutely go back. No question! It is very close to two other properties with a few restaurants within walking distance. (Hilton, Las Ventanas). If you visit those, you will notice this property has 20% of the people. It is gloriously chill. We loved every minute on lounge chairs we left the property only rarely! Thanks to the owner and housekeeping! 💗

Quiet and peaceful paradise

We loved staying here for the month of January. We prefer the quiet atmosphere. But yet, there was so much to do! We went humpback whale watching, kayaking to the arch, snorkelling (all amazing). Every evening we played tennis on the courts, during the day we relaxed by the pool (right outside our door) or walked the beach. Condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Abir was quick to reply to all our inquiries. We had a fantastic stay.

Quiet and Clean

This resort is small and quiet which is what we were wanting. Pool right outside your door was great with partial views of the beach. The ocean in front of the resort is nice to walk along but you can't swim there. One other note there was a lot of construction going on, I think the unit above ours was being remodeled. I have seen a lot of reviews referencing remodeling so seems to be a constant, not a huge issue more of a slight annoyance.

Cabo PARADISE !!!

Our stay was nothing less than phenomenal ! Wonderful beaches, grounds maintenance, overall Casa Del Mar services were outstanding ! Our rental was clean, fully stocked and provided ALL the comforts of home !! No need to leave the rental for entertainment with the beautiful sunrises/sunsets, the activities in the Sea of Cortez of boating, fishing, swimming and the shows provided by the whales and dolphins .........The Best !! Book This Rental........you will be happy you did !!!

Restful holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo in Casa Del Mar. It was clean, well appointed, and well maintained. We found the beds especially comfortable! The property manager was easy to reach with any questions. The owners responded very promptly to emails. We hope to holiday there again next year.

San Jose del Cabo valentines get away

This was our first vacation doing lodging with home away/ Vrbo. I was a little worried because I just went on home away app and picked a place that looked and sounded acceptable for our needs. We wanted to be walking distance to the beach and this condo met our expectation. The owner are very gracious and responsive to inquiries. Hashem was thorough in giving us good references for grocery store and restaurant needs. We love to grill and make our own food. This condo provided the ability to do that. Fresko was a very impressive grocery store and we were grateful for that reference. There is everything you could possibly need in this great store. We cooked mahi tuna steaks , salmon, huge shrimp and the seafood was so inexpensive. We loved the help we received translating in the store and that Uber is available at much less than taxi service . Blue fish restaurant was recommended to us and we enjoyed the service , food, and reasonable prices. We went in February which is high season but it seemed like low season. We enjoyed the 2 umbrellas and lounges that were down on the beach for our use. Every morning we would watch sunrise and walk the shoreline. The hammock out front was very nice. I only went for a brief swim in the pool by condo and enjoyed the hot tub one eve. We were so mesmerized by the sound of the ocean waves and warmth of Cabo that we were content to just be and have no itinerary. Everyday we had a show from whales spouting, fluking, breaching, or spy hopping. We didn’t even need to go on a whale watching boat. They were not far off shore. What an amazing bonus! Only issue we had was lighting the grill ,because we didn’t know igniter was out . The trick is just get an igniter lighter. Thank God for my grill master man. The property manager did deliver us an igniter lighter. That made it all possible. Our only issues were communication barrier with Diane the prop manager. She was confused about the combination for the safe and we couldn’t get it to work. Luckily she finally figured out she gave us wrong code and located correct one. We enjoyed the surrounding area and the relaxing time spent on the beach. Loved the peddlers and we bought a silver marlin necklaces from Oscar the silver peddler. He is so kind. Then my boyfriend bought iron wood palm tree and marlin from Manuel the peddler. They were so sweet to us ! Another bonus is that if you like to sleep with soothing ocean wave sounds you can open the bedroom patio doors .
