Enjoy a dip in your own private pool, covered by a lanai to keep out the weather and allow for swimming whenever the mood strikes. The outdoor patio features a lovely table and chairs perfect for meals or spending time together. Feel free to set the mood with your favorite music over the sound dock. Inside, kick back in central air-conditioning. A desk workspace is all set up for guests who need to finish up remote assignments. When everyone's ready, have fun cooking together in the full kitchen. There's plenty of space for guests to spread out and make plans at this home - and plenty of sunshine to enjoy in the meantime!

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental resides in a community with a strict no-party policy. Maximum occupancy is seven guests at all times. Loud noise, street parking, and pets are prohibited. Please respect neighbors.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Security cameras overlook the pool area and the front door.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
