Choose this charming condo in a beachfront complex just south of St. Augustine and you can pack light - flip-flops, swimsuits, and straw hats should have you covered. You’ll be just about a minute’s walk from the gorgeous sand, and even closer to both the complex’s heated, outdoor pools. If you want to venture further afield, Historic Downtown St. Augustine is a little under 13 miles north.
At home, start the day with coffee on your private balcony, overlooking the lush grounds and swimming pool. Step inside to the full, updated kitchen when you get hungry and prep a simple breakfast. You’ll love the sleek, stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space, and the whole group will love sampling your creations at the adjacent table for four. After a day at the beach, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release on any of the three TVs or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi. Head upstairs to either well-appointed bedroom at the end of the night, but not before one last visit to the balcony to toast your good luck at booking such a sweet beach escape.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must use their own credentials for streaming services.
1: FCC will begin demolishing the south end on E Staircase on Monday, March 24. It should take a few days and then they will begin to rebuild and repour the staircase. The other two staircases are just about complete in E & A.
2: FCC will also begin blocking off random staircases to resurface in the D- E- F- H- I and J Buildings to get a head start on resurfacing all the staircases before they start on the walkways. They will always leave a few staircases open in each building when resurfacing the stairs for your access.
3: FCC will begin resurfacing the walkways in the D-E-F buildings on April 28 thru May 4 (weather permitting) when the walkways should be dry and open. During this time NO ONE can access the walkways from the front door. Therefore, no one will be permitted to stay in the townhouses in these three buildings.**
4: FCC will begin resurfacing the walkways in the H-I -J buildings on May 12 thru May 18 (weather permitting) when the walkways should be dry and open. During this time NO ONE can access the walkways from the front door. Therefore, no one will be permitted to stay in the townhouses in these three buildings.**

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
