Thank You** Beautiful Luxury "single level" home is approx. 2400 sq ft. completely furnished with everything including yard, and pool service. Beautiful Granite everywhere and solid hardwood floors, new stainless-steel appliances. Game room with full size pool table and new Sony Smart (2023) 65-inch Big Screen TV's. Every Bedroom has its own wall mounted new Sony smart (2023) flat-screen TV. Just bring your Firestick or Roku Stick. Fireplace for cool nights. Large full length covered Patio that faces north so the patio is always in the shade, this is very important when searching for the right home. Extra high backyard privacy fence, Alarm System, Wireless High-Speed Internet and an Amazing three car garage. Fantastic location and minutes to many great restaurants, great grocery stores and Fabulous Arrowhead Mall for great shopping. Great hiking is across the street at one of the best hiking parks in AZ. Thunderbird park!!
Stone and pebble tech pool with a fabulous built in Hot Tub/Spa & Pool. Extra charge of $175 for 100 lb. cylinder of propane to heat the Hot Tub and usually last two weeks depending on use.

This house was perfect for our family! Great location near golf and other family things to do. Bruce the owner was great to work with! The house is beautiful and very clean. Backyard area was private and beautiful great for quiet relaxation!

This is our second time staying at this property. It's a large, wonderful house and perfectly clean. Bruce, the property manager and owner is the best. If you need anything, you text Bruce he is on it immediately, 24/7! I would highly recommend staying at this property. Pictures of the property are accurate and tell it all!

The best VRBO stay !

First the owner Bruce was fantastic!! We stayed at this property of 3 months. Any requests or suggestions made to better our stay was taken care of by our host and quickly. The neighborhood is gorgeous and all shopping is a 7 min drive in any direction. If you love walking, biking, hiking, golfing, all can be done in the area. We slept like babies, very peaceful area. Thank you Bruce for being such a great host and caring for all of our needs! You are the best!

Beautiful property
Specious and clean house! We visited for Christmas and had a great time! Beds were comfortable and the 3 rooms was wonderful for our kids. Amazing kitchen with all you need! The hot tub and pool table were fun! The pool would be amazing during the warmer weather! Restaurants and stores minutes away and a great park really close. We found it easy to get everywhere we needed. So many options within 30 minutes! Thanks Bruce!

What a wonderful find!! This house was so easy to get to, and yet it didn't feel like it was in a crowded hectic area, it was close to EVERYTHING and perfectly outfitted with anything we could possibly need! Gorgeous Home, Pool and Spa with great owner!!
We had the most wonderful vacation at this property. The house is amazing, well laid out, and very relaxing. The area is beautiful and the location is perfect for making day trips around AZ Spring Training facilities if you will be attending games. Shopping with the Arrowhead mall located only 5 minutes away, and restaurants of every kind. The pool and Spa are beautiful. Our kids didn't want to leave they enjoyed the pool, pool table, board games, and the basketball hoop in the pool. There are plenty of sidewalks around scenic areas for long walks or runs. Everything was perfect, also we appreciated the empty garage to be able park our cars inside. Great grill outside and the kitchen was amazingly stocked. We will return to this Fabulous VRBO home.

Impressive Property in Amazing Location!!
This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was even better than the pictures. It was very clean, incredibly comfortable and was the perfect place for our family to gather and relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool table and big screen TV’s were fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and there were some great golf courses close by. Working with the owner was great. We were spoiled and loved every minute of it. This is the best place we have stayed! We will definitely be back!
