Weekend getaway
The property was as expected. Great weekend away. We enjoyed our stay very much. Neighborhood was a little noisy due to parties being hosted in nearby properties. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and and furniture were comfortable.

Great host , great home
Truly great place, very clean and the host is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this home. Just read the description carefully which I didn’t the home does not have air conditioning. Thankfully it gets cooler in the evenings so opening the windows is helpful. Also make sure you bring all your spices for cooking. Previous homes I stayed In past guests have left their stuff, it seems as if everyone takes their stuff with them here so I was not prepared and had to go out shopping. Yet the home was lovely and truly one of the cleanest well kept homes I stayed and I have stayed in many.. I certainly would rent this home again. The location was perfect as well.

Nice comfortable house near the lake.
Cozy home with comfortable beds and all basic necessities.. though nonevof the extras some owners offer…you need to supply all sheets, towels and even paper towels.. and wood for the fireplace. Owner came right over to change batteries in the main floor thermostat as the house was cold upon arrival. We were informed two days before arrival that a tree had hit the house.. owner offered full refund and sent a picture upon request. We did proceed and my only complaint was there was quite a bit of brush in the yard making it unappealing to hang out there. Otherwise we did enjoy the cozy feel of the home as well as the convenient location.

Just what you need
This was a wonderful house. We stayed with two other couples and our dogs for NYE weekend. We had a great time. Joe was very responsive to all my questions!
