Great house!

We stayed at Tony’s house while visiting Bentonville to do some mountain biking. The house was exactly as described- extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for family cooking during the week. The house was just the right size for our family of four and the garage was perfect for storing bikes. We could easily bike to Coler and Slaughter Pen trails and the downtown area was an easy walk. We’ll definitely stay again next time we visit!

Great location!

We had a wonderful visit to Bentonville. The house was great for my two kids and my parents for a birthday weekend celebration. The location is perfect for getting downtown and still easy to get to the museums.

Great home near downtown Bentonville.

Clean and well appointed home. It has been renovated and is just like photos in the listing. Very comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The location was very convenient. The owner was super responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again when in Bentonville.

We booked this stay having never been to Bentonville. The location was perfect for quick access to downtown as well as local trail hubs. House was as described, clean, and welcoming. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay - close to everything

Tony's house was the perfect fit for myself, my sister and my 86 year old mother. We spent three days in Bentonville visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. The house is clean, the three bedrooms were generous, and everything worked seamlessly. While we didn't walk as much as we should have, the house is in striking distance of town, restaurants, etc. This is a GREAT spot to land for a weekend in Bentonville. Thank you, Tony.

Great Girlfriend getaway house

Tony was incredibly accessible and helpful. The house was wonderful. Most everything you would ever want in a vacation rental. There are 3 bedrooms and a small bath off the master bedroom and 1 large double sink bath with tub in hallway. Very clean property. There is an office off the kitchen with a futon but we don’t recommend substituting it for a bedroom. We hope you enjoy your stay and get some nice weather.

Nice Property/Walkable To Downtown

Property was exactly as described and very nicely redone in the recent past. Central to most everything and about halfway between both the Slaughter Pen (downtown) and Coler trail systems. As a mountain biker it was nice to see two bike stands in the garage. Could have used a hose to wash the bike but we were there in late November so understand if that is something they take away with the onset of winter to avoid broken pipes. Office also has a monitor (with an HDMI cord) and mouse if you need a formal work space.

Stocked kitchen, plenty of hangers, comfortable beds, and furniture. Hot & good water pressure. Amenities: Garage for bike storage & bike stands. Hose to clean bikes. Office desk. Fire pit & fenced yard. Minor misses: No dresser in the larger bedrooms for folded clothes. No workbench in the garage for mtb tools and gear.

Great Home & Location

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with my wife and two other couples. The house was clean and everything looked up to date. The location was perfect. It was on a quiet street and a short bike ride to the town square and the Slaughter Pen Trails. The back yard was a wonder place to relax after a day of riding and the fire pit was a nice bonus. We didn’t have any issues but Tony was quick with messages about the check in and out process. Already looking for a return visit!

Perfect place to walk into Bentonville downtown & Crystal Bridges

This brand new, very well done remodel was the perfect spot for our annual family trip to Bentonville. We always look for a place within walking distance of the quaint downtown and this was a great location on a quiet street.Tony was incredibly easy to work with and very responses. The home was thoughtfully equipped for all your needs (hello plethora of spices!!) beds were comfortable and it even had a great backyard with a fire pit. We will definitely be visiting again!
