The house is beautiful, no complaints there. However, we booked this house for the pool and the pool had algae in it so we weren’t able to use it. Also got locked out even though we purchased the late check out and the response from customer service was very slow.

The views from the kitchen and living room area are stunning! The openness of the home (kitchen to common area) enabled all guests to interact seamlessly. The pool and water slide was a big hit with the kids.

Relaxing beautiful countryside home

We loved our stay. The home was well appointed and the outside amenities were amazing. It was just what we all needed after spending our days sightseeing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as were the incredible views of the beautiful countryside.

Sebastopol Vaca

We absolutely loved this house for me, my husband, my MIL and son. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We didn’t miss having a AC as there were fans available in each room and great windows for cross breeze. The well-stocked kitchen helped us make most of our meals at home including a grilled meal by the pool, including some basic seasonings, oils, vinegars and teas. The pool was clean and the slide was a huge hit with our kiddo. We’ve already started recommending this spot and we just left today!

Great spot for large groups

This is a cool house with a pool, grill and room for up for 8 (if some of you don't require normal beds). We enjoyed the quiet property and privacy and the proximity to downtown Sebastapol was great. There is no light near the grill so you will need a flashlight to use it after dark. We had to cover the windows in the living room with a sheet as there are no blinds to block the bright sunlight for anyone sleeping on the pullout or a couch. Also, the 3rd bed in the bunkbed room is a trundle in a drawer at the base which can be moved to a different area if needed.

Quiet Country Retreat

We've rented many vacation homes and this one is right at the top. Size, amenities, beautiful views, decks, pool/spa, giant bbq & kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. We brought 2 grandkids and they were entertained from morning to night in the pool going up and down the slide and playing ping pong. Lots of nice outdoor furniture. We loved the location. Only 20 minutes to Bodega Bay and about 30 minutes to Safari West (highly recommend). Deer, turkeys, and quail were our visitors. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just don’t go for the spa and pool (unless it’s summer)

The pool area is adjacent to a property with horses which was really magical. And the morning light on the deck is beautiful! Unfortunately I didn’t see mention that the pool is unheated until after we booked, and the pool was our main reason for booking. We still had a great time but the spa would only get luke warm after being advised by a maintenance person who was there for a couple hours that we needed to run every hot water faucet in the house to get it to work.

Calm Country Getaway❣️

Large, quiet home

We had a wonderful stay. The living area with the kitchen is very big, so we were able to visit and cook at the same time. The pool was the cherry on top; however, it was cold when we were there, so we didn't get as much use from it as we would have liked. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

Great place to enjoy grand parenting

It is the fourth year that we take all our grandchildren and give their parents a break. First in Santa Rosa, and this year in Sebastopol we found excellent property with enough space, and enough bathrooms (!!!) and great pool, and quite secluded location. Nothing could be better. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful house and a great location.

We had a nice time here and it was a great location to hop around and see different areas. The house and pool (nice and warm) were lovely. My only complaint is that it was hot and I specifically search for rentals with AC, this home lists that it has air conditioning, it did not. We walked in to a hot house with 4 huge fans. I called and the management said, "It has AC, just turn it on" the thermostat was out of charge...I didn't even know that was a thing. We were told how to charge it, the next day we tried again and AC wasn't even an option on the dial. We called again and no response. I walked the whole perimeter and found no signs of an AC unit. Plus why would they have huge fans in every room if they had it...Not a deal breaker, it's a great place, they just need to remove AC from the listing. Oh, and half the plugs in the house don't work.
