Listing was inaccurate. Read the reviews before renting.

First of all, the place inside was very nice. The listing was inaccurate and was changed during my stay. It was listed with a grill and air conditioning, neither was available. What was not listed was the place was under construction. One of the 2 decks were closed and boarded up from the outside. There was no siding on the entire building. When I complained about it to Vaasa, they were not responsive. In fact the woman that called me was rude and basically said the unit was fine inside, indicating that they knew it was under construction and failed to disclose it. In fact, we ran into one of the neighbors who said that her local listing company for rentals said they would not list her unit for rent until construction was complete. I suggest the owner find a different listing agent that lists the unit properly.

Nice condo, but under construction (Sep 2023)

Nice condo, peaceful surroundings, comfortable beds. Unfortunately when we arrived we discovered the exterior of the condo was under construction, complete with a port-a-potty and piles of construction debris. I wish someone had told me this beforehand! In addition, the title of the listing referred to "AC" but there is no AC - and sadly we had a September heatwave. Again, this goes to the accuracy of the listing. The last straw was opening up kitchen cabinets to pull out dishes and glasses that had not been washed and featured lipstick on wine glasses and greasy plates. I've never written a bad review before, but when I contacted the renting team about these things they apologized but offered no other amends. It's too bad, because Vacasa was really on the ball with their communication. I just don't think they could affect what was happening on site. Summary: nice place, but check ahead of time about construction before you book (don't just go by the listing).

NO AC

The listing said it had AC and it did not. The management company knew this and left the listing up anyway and had the nerve to charge us for the night. Should not be in the real estate business.

beautiful condo...some glitches

A great place to stay but advertised as central ac and there was no ac. It was a wet and sticky week and ac would have been welcome. In the high heat and humidity of the summer, it would have been unbearable! Also, the cable tv connection was very spotty in the upstairs room. Often no connection at all. we should have called them sooner about it....they did offer to come out and take a look at the cable.

Great Home Near Quechee

My sister, friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and was near to Quechee and Woodstock, VT. It is located up in the hills, but was an easy drive. Would highly recommend this home!
