This is a fabulous place to stay. Great for dogs with a fenced in yard. This was our second stay here and everything was fantastic. Hosts communicate wonderfully.
The home was very clean and had all the amenities and then some! Nice deck and fenced yard. Location is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. Host responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this super nice home and hope to be back!
Prior to our trip (and even during), the hosts were very responsive about answering my questions. The house was well described in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked it was. The game room downstairs was fun!
Property was super cute and clean, close to grocery stores, well stocked and has a secure backyard for pets. Owners were excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again.
House was great, super close to grocery stores and downtown. Loved it!

Nice but could be great
Upon arrival I spent an hour picking up dog poop that was left in the yard. The original posting listed a hot tub which was incorrect. Then the patio fire pit ran out of propane after one night of use. The house and yard were great, with these minor corrections I would rate the stay closer to a 5.
Adorable house , close to everything shopping , grocery’s, entertainment . The house was well maintained, with lovely decor. Had a cozy fireplace for the cool nights, cozy living room with large sectional for movies on the big screen tv. Basement had a great ping pong table, Darts corm hole and another couch and TV. We had breakfast on the large deck in the comphy patio set. I would recommend this home highly.
Even though we had a communication issue, they were super responsive and went above and beyond to help us out. House is clean, perfectly stocked and very welcoming. It is on a quiet street, which is really nice, but also just a few minutes drive to best fun stuff to do. We will for sure use them again when we go back!
Beautiful newly refurbished home. Spacious and fully stocked with necessity items. The bed in the Master was wonderful! I was initially concerned it would be too soft. I was delighted when i found how out comfortable it was. A new Purple brand, king size mattress!
Lovely back raised deck with super comfy furniture as well as a sun shade and patio umbrella. A gas grill made and patio lights both nice touches. We even had time to enjoy a fire in the fire pit.
The neighborhood is a little older and houses are close together. However, noise was not an issue and the neighbors were friendly.
All of our group enjoyed our stay. Cosy home, loved the ping pong table downstairs, beds were comfortable and the large well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. Also close to grocery stores.
Clean, bright, and cozy! Close to town, easy access to everything in Prescott.

About the host
Hosted by Elena and Jake Holbrook
We are Jake and Elena. Jake is from AZ and I am from Bulgaria. We met in Yellowstone National Park back in 2011. We love traveling and we've always stayed in short term rentals. Always wanted to have one of our own. We are so proud and excited to share our home with other fellow travelers. Enjoy and happy trails!
Why they chose this property
Our home, built in 1964, is our pride and joy. We bought it in 2015 and put many hours and bills into it over the years. We are happy to share our home with visitors to Prescott, as it is very comfortable and homey feeling. The half basement was rendered a game room and hang out place for when the kids are sleeping upstairs. Enjoy your coffee and morning inspirations on the back deck in the brisk mornings. We felt it necessary to share our kayaks as paddling on Watson lake is a treat!
