This Pristine Mountain home home has everything to pamper you during your stay in Flagstaff! Tucked in a quite residential neighborhood close to the downtown area! Comfort won't be in question! Updated rooms with brand new beds and furniture! Fenced-in yard for pets! Plenty of privacy. Back courtyard to soak in the mountain air! Kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could need!
*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
***Winter month conditions: There is no street parking between the months of October 1st -May 1st. For stays longer than 6 weeks snow removal services will come at an additional costs***
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-This is a pet friendly home with a pet fee. However, our policy is: "All Four on the Floor"
