New Unit! Stay on the top floor (10) with a wonderful elevator at Shangri La is the place to be at Grand Lake and this 1400+ sf condo is right in the middle of Oklahoma’s own resort! Boat much? Rent one or bring your own! See doo rentals are right here too. Golf much? You’re sitting right on a beautiful course. Overlook holes from your balcony. Fish much? Lots of areas to catch great fish. There’s even a place for 12 and under fishing just out the door.
We love the Keys but this Oklahoma resort has all the feel of sea life that you need.
Bunk beds are ordered for adding to the second bedroom. King need for the master bedroom. Kids fun with video consoles and games. Parent fun with big TVs and a little fireplace. This unit has it all.
Wiffle ball, pickle ball, video games, pool table, ping pong tables are all a part of the Anchor, where you have a fantastic family fun center at your disposal for nominal charges.
18 hole championship golf course or the door? Yup. Brand new par 3 coming in 2023? Yup.

Oklahoma natives who have traveled the world—and believe it just doesn’t get much better than this Oklahoma resort destination. In less time than catching a flight would take, be at the lake and shopping a margarita at one of the local hangouts.
A former international event planner, I’ve seen it all but can’t ever get over the ease / enjoyment of Grand lake. The hubs and I have done millions of miles of travel—yet we can’t help but decide that Shangri-La is that Buffet-style easy button—fastest path to a relaxing vacation without all the things that make it wear you out before you can get back home. It’s an easy 1.5 hours away to swing a parent moment away or a family vacay.

Why they chose this property
We traded a lake house just shy of a million bucks for this more bougie piece of paradise resort style vacay location. No regrets. There’s something for everyone here. We have looked at properties all around Grand and this was the one that could give us a getaway with lots of things we enjoy without all the things we don’t.
Sitting on the highest 10th floor balcony…in the middle of golf, lake views, lake life, a nice trendy village with loads of things to do if you want…this is it. Be as active or as inactive as you desire.
