Nice, quaint and secure little apartment. A couple of suggestions moving forward: 1. anti-slip something in the tub/shower......2. Regular TV channels for people to watch and a larger TV. Place it on a wall instead of on the ground so you can fit a larger one...such as over the mirror in the living room where the couch is.....
Well suited for what I needed. Check in was super easy and it was great to have the free parking so I could walk to places. The “den” is a tiny room off the kitchen with a bistro bench, really only suitable for laptop work, not for sleeping. Furniture was comfortable. A few more pots and pans and kitchen linens would be useful.
not formilar with the area, was a little challenge with excessablity.managed thank you!

I liked the proximity to different businesses close by that I required for my trip and the convenience of food options near by. The space was quite clean and the bed was very comfy to sleep in.

Must say, we were expecting a bit more due to the ratings. I'm not sure what we missed, but it was not a 9/10 as far as property condition.
Pros - excellent location. Great communication and management very helpful. Comfy bed. Easy access to the unit and very easy checkin. Washer and dryer work well and tabs provided. Same with the dishwasher.
Cons- I'll try to keep it short. This unit was as expensive as a hotel and was very 'budget'. With 200$ spent by the owners it could have been way better. No protective pillow covers or mattress cover which was kinda gross. Only one towel per person- we found a few in the dryer but I just folded and put away. Shower curtain needs replacing. Broken soap dispenser in bathroom. Nowhere to open our luggage - they need buy a couple folding racks off amazon. We had to use the couch so nowhere to sit. Washer and dryer right by the head of the bed. No idea where you'd put two other people, it's tiny. Mat in bathroom and in tub really need to be replaced. Kitchen very dated and very limited. Only one key provided which got tricky- good we weren't 4 people. No a/c!! Had to use a noisy floor fan and open all the windows that are screen-less. Shower has so little force I had to change the setting to pulse just to get shampoo out of my hair. Frustrating when people rate a place 9/10 because I'm not sure what they are comparing to, the YMCA? Management seemed great - would not stay again.
Great space for me and my wife! Perfect location and plenty of space for our four day Vancouver adventure. Fridge/freezer smelled like fish when we arrived. Rest of the condo/appt was very clean. Will book again if we are ever back in the area!!
The apartment is in an ideal location, steps from False Creek and the ferries to Granville island. It is nicely laid out with a small office space, a good-sized dining table and a nice bedroom with very comfortable bed. For anyone who plans to cook, be aware that there are a few pots but no dishes that can go in the oven and no oven mitts. The VRBO pictures of the outdoor space implied that there was a garden area and access to a barbecue but we couldn’t find either, even though we went to every floor to look. I emailed the host to ask if these amenities were available but did not receive a response. Despite these small issues, I would recommend this apartment for its fabulous location, proximity to nice markets and lovely restaurants, access to parking and easy check-in and check-out procedures.
We only stayed 2 nights but the location of the apartment made it super easy to get to where we wanted to go. It's a nice sized place to stay for 4 people. Communication was open and easy that left no questions to be asked. Would stay here again.
The place is so awesome, really close to Denman, Granville bridge to Granville Island, St. Paul’s hospital food, coffee, pharmacies.
We really enjoyed our stay, even though we we there for hospital reasons.
Cheers
I arrived around midnight and couldn’t reach the designated person to let me into the building. Fortunately a resident let me into the building. It was just as advertised and a nice size for one person, or a couple.
A welcome package with instructions might have helped.
Never did find the gym. Couldn't get the TV to work. Internet was good.
This condo is small but plenty for a couple, especially if you plan to mostly be out and about. The included parking was a godsend and I can see the desk workspace being great for someone doing a working vacation. Proximity to the water taxi was great for accessing the market across the way. The tv is minimal but has smart functionality that gets the job done if you find yourself with time to kill at the condo.
The fan for the bathroom was somewhat confusing to operate but that might be user error.
