Perfect mountain home in all four seasons, Payday is in town, directly on the Thaynes bus route, yet quiet and surrounded by mature trees. Payday is also adjacent to the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which offers cross country skiing in the winter. Many hiking and biking trail options right out the door, including the famous Armstrong and Spiro trails.

Mountain Mardi Gras

Overall the place was cute, clean, cozy and well stocked. Our family had a great time. Only hiccup was the shower in the common area did not drain and water went all over the floor. Luckily we did not need that bathroom - communicated to the property manager who was responsive. Would Stay again.

Great location, well stocked , comfy condo!

Spring skiing with family. Super clean, well stocked comfy condo in great location. A few minutes to Silver Star cafe & lift and a few minutes to pcmr base! Golf course right next door with lots of space to snow shoe, cross country ski or walk. Lots of birds and critters. Hot tub was clean and fantastic. Plenty of space , great kitchen well appointed. Beds were comfy and lots of towels/ linens and blankets/ pillows. Very responsive host! Would recommend!

We stayed here 4 nights for a ski trip. The place is great in a great location. The hot tub is the cleanest I've ever seen in a rental. Would stay again.

Great location!

Property was smaller than we anticipated but the location was amazing! House was very clean and comfortable. Parking could be a challenge but very manageable. Being so close to the mountain and the cute little neighborhood was a major plus. Overall, we would stay again!

Great ski house

Great location for Park City skiers. Easy walk to the Silver Star lift. Very clean and open living space. Great kitchen. Hot tub is excellent for apres ski.

Great stay…

Stay overall was great. Loved the place, location is superb. Would stay again. One or two gripes that should be resolved: the downstairs bedroom bed was not put together properly and rocks / sways on all of its legs, the leg bolts are all loose. The upstairs shower pressure and mechanism are both pretty poor / old.

Perfect Stay, Great Location!

Myself and a group of 7 friends had a great time at this condo and they were all very impressed with my choice of stay! The entire unit was super clean, had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to ample space where nobody felt crammed, and a great location to walk right over to the silver star lift in less than 5 minutes. Nothing beat the hot tub after a long day of riding park city and had plenty of towels for everyone. Can’t recommend this stay enough and will definitely be going back! Management is also very responsive and replies within minutes as well regarding any concern you may have. Thank you for making this a stress free memorable trip for all of us!

Zero communication

Needed to stay longer to ski. Zero response from property manager for weeks. When day came, then lied to us and said someone else was coming in so couldn’t accommodate, and no one showed. Not coming back.
