Peaceful Place

Place was very clean and appears to be newly built or remodeled. Some blinds would be nice as the place is a little bright in the morning but its a farm, so its probably to time get up anyway.

Awesome farmhouse to stay in. Next to the owners who are really nice people. Pretty far from town.

My wife and I stayed here so we could get some hiking and biking done in chattanooga. The place was absolutely incredible and we loved it. A bit farther away from Chattanooga than we had planned. About 30 minutes. The owners live next door and are very nice people. Love their dog.e.

Beautiful area!!

Very comfortable and beautiful property inside and out. Be prepared to take stairs up and down during stay… was good for me because I enjoyed the bonus exercise. Close to the Red Clay Historic State Park and super close to the Red Clay Resort. Great all around!

Overall a very nice stay. Bright, cute little place in the countryside. Cows in the neighboring field to watch. Lovely outdoor seating area on the bottom level. Well-equipped kitchen. A few little things keeping me from giving it a 5-star review. *The AC was for the main room; no vents in the bedrooms. *No bedside table or lamp in the second bedroom (overhead lighting only). *No chairs for the balcony. *No blinds on the bedroom windows.

Graduation weekend

We were attending a graduation at Southern Adventist University. Just one traffic light between this property & the school. The place was quiet & clean. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the covered porch. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Quick stay

Great property great communication from owner love the interior of the loft. It was a quick stay for one night if I’m in the area again will definitely contact to rent. Extremely neat and clean.

Little getaway

Friend me both recovering from two different surgeries wanted to get away. We just hung out relaxed and played games. Loved the place. Lots of light coming in. Only thing I would’ve liked would have been some chairs on the upstairs balconies. But that’s barely a complaint. Recommend this place if you are in need of a relaxing weekend!

Serene retreat

Prefect space for me, but would certainly accommodate a family or 2 couples or a small group of friends! 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom that has a tub. Open concept living room and kitchen area. Perfect for chilling out and catching up with friends or doing some work on your computer. Beautiful view and they even have some outdoor furniture, games and a fire pit. I’m excited to come back!

Everything was perfect!

Everything about the property was perfect…clean, beautiful and very nice! We were very happy for our guest to stay at this property. It was even more beautiful in person and smelled brand new when we walked in the front door. We loved the thought out decor inside and the lights decorated on the outside gave it a cozy feel. We highly recommend!

Beautiful country location

The farmhouse carriage house was immaculate. It was a new construction and had a lovely decor. we loved the view of the cattle! The patio with the outdoor fireplace was a nice place to sit in the morning and watch the sunrise. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions or issues. nearby red Clay State Park was a great place to hike. Mildly strenuous but not bad. The blue hole was beautiful! Nearby Ooltewah, Tennessee was a great place to go for breakfast and dinner. We ended up getting a flat tire and the host was kind enough to change it for us. Highly recommend this place to stay!!

Cute Over-garage apartment

Very nice, new, over-garage apartment. Very clean. Friendly owers. Fairly well stocked. Could definitely use some pot holders, though. Great country views, including cows! Perfect location nearby our daughters taekwondo tournament.

Beautiful view

This property is peaceful with a beautiful view. Love all the windows with natural light! Rural but still close to restaurants, grocery. Best to park at paved driveway and walk up about 2 minutes to the front door. Heavier vehicle could easily drive up to another paved parking space near the front door. Excellent interaction with attentive owner. Would absolutely stay at this property again!!

Unsatisfactory

My husband, I and our 1 year old daughter were traveling from out of town from Fort Benning. He got off later due to military training (that is why we chose somewhere that was self check in), so we arrived to what we thought was the location of the rental for the night (followed the address provided). It is completely dark, very minimal light and surrounded by woods/trees. We drove into the resort thinking one of the buildings were the rental, they were not. At this time (around 11:30-11:45pm) I called the host to ask if we were in the correct spot, etc. (granted it was late but clear directions would have been nice) and had no answer so I left a voicemail, we were driving up multiple peoples driveways trying to find the location. At this point, our daughter was so tired and over being in the vehicle (we drove 4 hours) and so we ended up staying at a motel for the night. I had messaged the host telling them we couldn’t find the location due to unclear directions, minimal light (there was only the post overhead light on a pole at the resort) and that they did not need to clean as we never stepped foot in there. We weren’t looking for a refund as we know we made the reservation but we thought that they would at least understand and maybe refund half due to them not having to clean, us being put out, etc. Absolutely nothing. The host didn’t even respond to the message and still hasn’t and didn’t even call back after we had called and left a voicemail to even be a decent person and just make sure a family was alright.
