Our two-story condo with approximately 2,600 sq ft is located in a premier condominium residence of 30 units.

The 3rd story of the unit features 2-master suites each with private bath-W/C, living area, kitchen, bar style dining, extra 1/2-bath and patio over looking the pool.

On the 4th story is the penthouse. From the living area the spiral staircase leads to the open-air ocean-breeze & fan cooled entertainment area boasting a partial ocean view and wonderful sunset vantage point. This large area includes: Large kitchen, huge living room, dining room, infinity dip pool and full bathroom.

Nice and quiet right next to the beach

We have rented this same property 3 times now and have had a wonderful experience every time. You can walk to the beach or relax in the massive pool. Great place for kids. Close to town it has everything you will need for a great vacation. We will definitely be back. Te Amo Zihua!

Beware - Issues with this rental

No views from either floor, sitting area on 3rd floor level is horrible (a cement couch with a view of the door). Sitting area on fourth floor level is also uncomfortable. There are no lamps for reading anywhere - overhead lighting is not conducive to reading. Mostly a seniors complex. My damage deposit has not been returned and it's been more than 30 days since I left.

Nice condo property

Nice condo, it is off the beach though and there are no views (from the third floor level and very little from the fourth floor). Clean, secure property, pool area is pristine. We only rented the main floor (third) of the condo, not accessing the upper level, there is really no sitting area on the third floor, a hard couch with a view of the door and no TV. If you are looking for a senior complex, I would suggest renting on the ground floor level. Need a bus trip or taxi to get to the town area for groceries, dinners, etc.

Another reason to fall in love with Zihua....

Condo is perfectly located close to Playa La Ropa and La Perla restaurant, with an amazing view of the sunset. The property is very well maintained and brand new. The penthouse up top was the perfect addition after a long day at the beach or to just hang and cook dinner with friends. I would recommend this property to a friend, and hope to return myself.
