Planned a trip for hiking at Turkey Run and just relaxing for a couple of days. When the dates came closer there were some weather alerts and warnings. We were very cognizant of the weather. But the owners went above and beyond. Wanting to make sure we were safe. The kindness that was shown was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this rental. The area and people are so welcoming. Would love to come back and visit!
This lovely house was even better in person than in the pictures; we couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Good/easy communication with the hosts (friendly too!). The house was clean, comfortable and so cozy. Very relaxing to have a cup of coffee out on the back porch too, especially after it snowed. Great location for visiting Turkey Run and the historic covered bridges. We would definitely stay again!
My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! We would stay there again for sure!
We really enjoyed out stay. Place is immaculate and comfortable. Loved the covered outside deck and so did our Scottie dog! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look forward to staying there again. Thank you Bob and Joanne!
The location is perfect because it’s close to activities but far enough away to be quiet. It was impeccably cleaned, nicely decorated, the kitchen had every item you could ever want, high quality furniture. It’s a total gem!
CozyHome was a wonderful place to stay. It was exactly as described. If you are looking for a quiet and serene place to stay, this is it. The large balcony on the back was the perfect place for morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The hosts provided extra little touches such as water, coffee, sugar, creamer, snacks, and brochures. Bob and Joanne were awesome hosts; easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed at several VRBOs around the Midwest and enjoyed them all. However, this is by far the most beautiful, clean and well appointed property of them all. The owners were very easy to deal with. They had everything you could ever need or want in a VRBO and all of the instructions were crystal clear. Superb Property, superb owners, superb trip! Thank you
Cozy home had everything you need as a guest. The owners were great to work with, check in and out were so easy, and the location was perfect for going to hike in the state parks around the area. Thank you again, Bob and Joanne. We will be back!
This stay was everything you'd hope for in a VRBO experience. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very homey. The location is great and very easy to find. One thing we didn’t see mentioned is the wonderful town that's just perfect for a nice stroll. We are very, very happy with this destination. The hosts did a great job.
So happy with the choice to stay at Cozy House! My husband and I had been wanting to visit the area for years. Late August is right between their “busy seasons” and it worked out perfectly! The roads to the covered bridges and 2 state parks were practically empty, and the house we rented for 3 nights was spectacular! Modern and very clean with all the amenities you could need. Private and safe. I would recommend it to anyone. We do plan to stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay here! My cousin, her husband, my husband, and I stayed here for three nights while kayaking 10mi a day on Sugar Creek. It was the perfect spot to come back to in the evenings. The patio was the most beautiful spot for our super competitive uno games in the evenings followed by a relaxing movie from their extensive collection in the livingroom. My cousin's husband is a plumber and was very impressed that we were all four able to shower after the river with zero hot water issues. We had a small issue one morning but the host was quick to respond and offer a solution. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend.
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property! It had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean, and communication was excellent! Hope we can visit again!
We love the location with the greenery of a small forest to see from balcony and outside bedroom window. So relaxing are the vibes in this beautiful and very clean house. It was a good halfway from East coast meeting place to meet the other grandparents who had our mutual grandkids for vacation and also meet other relatives from Indiana.
This home is very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, movies and a large TV, comfortable living area, comfortable beds and 2 full private baths. Way more than 2 people could need but made it feel like a real vacation. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. The home is close to Rockville and great hiking at 2 state parks.
