Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Honeymoon/Romantic, Ski, Spring & Fishing Escape! Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! We have 5 kayaks, flat bottomed fishing scanoe, brand new paddle boat, floaties & private dock. Amazing bass/trout fishng right off our docks and fabulous deep water fishing charters as well. Should advertise how pet friendly they are.
We chose the place and and knew it said pet friendly but it seems like everyone who booked it had pets. My girlfriend is highly allergic to fur and pet hair and the couches were covered with pet hair and so was the whole house it was a great stay otherwise they should just advertise and warn about the pet hair

Absolutely perfect location for what we were looking for! Beautiful view of the Lake Champlain and the house was perfect and comfortable- it had everything we needed! Peaceful and relaxing right before Christmas.

A cozy place to get away
This house is perfect if you want to get away from it all and have peace and quiet in the country. We used the watercraft provided to spend many hours relaxing on the lake. Barb is an amazing host and was very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

AWESOME!!!
Stayed 9-3 to 9-7 w/my dog Sasha. I was fortunate to have absolutely gorgeous weather. NO HUMIDITY. The house is fully stocked and then some. The hostess was very personable and understanding. There is a most COMFORTABLE KING BED that I got lost in. There is a nice, grassy path to the swim area as well as some stairs. You definitely need swim shoes for the rocky bottom in the lake. Unbelievable sunsets and the area is very private, quiet and clean. I had the chance to visit Button Bay, Chimney Point, Crown Point and Fort Ticonderoga. There is a little general store WAGGS w/in walking distance AND a gift shop CHAMPS is a must for souvenirs and a round of EXTREME MINI GOLF. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would consider staying again some time. MEP/JTowne, NJ

A Little Bit of Heaven
The backyard alone is worth the trip. And then there is the upper deck. The lake is beautiful with layers of mountains framing the sight. And so QUIET! Lovely. The house is adorable and always comfortable with A/C and ceiling fans. And the hosts are the nicest folks you can meet.

Wonderful location and comfortable house
The house is stocked with everything you could ever want or need and was very comfortable. Especially loved all of the kayaks and inner tubes. Great access to the water and beautiful views made for a peaceful stay.

Perfect escape
This is the ideal escape to the lake. The view is breathtaking from all rooms of the house. Especially loved the two decks! Bed is super comfortable. Barb is a gracious host. We explored a few towns and had delicious food. Highly recommend Mad Taco in Middlebury! We want to come back again amd just hang out in the decks all day!

An enjoyable stay in early May at this well stocked house right on Lake Champlain. Our dog enjoys hiking with us and we found many good places to explore. The canoe was a bonus. Great views. The host was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Absolute relaxation!
This property was perfect for our couple's getaway, with our pup! The home is beautiful and you can't beat the gorgeous lakeside views! Barb was so helpful with everything and very communicative. She had lots of great suggestions for our visit. The location is a cute, little town that is close to many sights. We had all the comforts of home and were able to decompress! Hope to return again someday soon!

Enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location!
The house and property were just as advertised and the views from both floors were non-stop beautiful. Our dog loved the lapping of the water right at the end of the hill. It would be even more fun in the summer, I'm sure. The ping pong and pool tables in the basement were a lot of fun on a dreary day. Thank you Barb!
