About this property

Home Away From Home Near Spring Training Fields - Great For Families!

This home has an expansive dining area with two dining rooms, one a slightly smaller intimate feel and the other with a large table great for playing cards and board games at with your group of friends/family.

There is a washer and dryer on site with all necessities provided (detergent and dryer sheets).

Outside is a pool with lounging chairs and canopy covers for those hot summer days in Arizona. The pool is not heated, nor is it fenced (caution for those who cannot swim, children, and the elderly).

You will also find a fire pit, horseshoe pit, and a foosball table. There are lots of seating areas on the patio to extend your family/friend game night or social hour.

Would absolutely book again!

Highly recommend to everyone. It’s a great way for families to stay together instead of being at the mercy of a hotel and rooms that are separated. Plus plenty of room and backyard for kids and a pool as well. Kitchen to cook in and even a barbecue if needed.

Great stay in Surprise

This property is clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of fun activities in the backyard. Plenty of room for our large family which included kids and grandkids. It was also a great location, for us, close to family, shopping and more.

Great location, the only thing I would gripe about is the AC wasn't as cool as we wanted it to be. Besides that, good times in a nice house and everything was pretty close to us. Would reserve it again if they could fix the AC!

Family Visit

The house is set up very nicely with all of the amenities that you would hope for. The desk/workstation was a nice surprise for me as I needed to work during our stay and it provided a very nice spot for me. The pool and backyard were very nice and provided a great place for us to just relax. Kaneesha was very responsive when we needed her help and was a very gracious host. I would like to say my stay was nothing less than excellent. The house is immaculate. It has everything you need and more. The outside yard was enormous and kid-friendly. The pool is great. My family and I were so overwhelmed with activities in the house itself. We enjoyed ourselves say the least.

Communication with the host was exceptional. Keneesha is an excellent host - 5+. House was even better than the pictures and description. Well appointed kitchen. Pool was a welcome respite. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting the greater Phoenix area. We have rented VRBO properties for over 25 years and this one is in the top 3. Thanks for a great, issue free stay at your property.

Surprise Vaca

The house is clean, plenty of space and also well stocked. The owner Kaneesha was fast in response with any questions and kept us informed if anybody was coming to the house for example landscaper. The backyard is great has many options: swimming, play horse shoes or table soccer, and nice fire pit. For hikers the house is close to the Skyline Regional and White Tank mountain parks. There is also a casino close by. All activities are about 30 min away. Its near shopping and restaurants. Overall excellent stay! Would stay there again.

Old friends Golf and baseball outing

Over all the house served us well although there were a few issues. Working with the property manager was great. They were very responsive on text. Check in was easy, there was a lock box and we were texted the code on the day of arrival.The bedrooms and bathrooms were as advertised and the linens provided were all just fine and more than adequate in number.Beds were comfortable and hot water was plentiful.The kitchen is large enough for 2 people, but not 3, to prepare meals and the dishes and utensils provided were adequate.The house served our needs.We had two issues which we contacted the property manager about. The first time we ran the D/W the sink with a garbage disposal backed up (we had not used it). The next day someone came out and cleared it.The pool filter and vacuum cleaner didn't appear to be working. A person was sent to dip net the pool after a day and got the filter motor replaced after a couple of days. The weather was cool and we didn't really need to use the pool.Minor points on the property.The TV in the family room only gets streamed content if you have an account.TV's in LR and one BR only play DVDs it appears.Wood for fire pit is 4' long, bring a saw!BBQ grill is charcoal and needed cleaning.House is a bit "tired" and could use some TLC.All battery power clocks were DOA.Stairs and upstairs hall carpet needed cleaning.F/L Washing Machine has mold.
