We had 8 adults and 6 young children under the age of 3 and had an excellent time. Great location, can literally walk out the back door and throw your skis on and hop on Upper Flume.
This was perfect for our multi generation ski weekend. My family was very happy and impressed with everything Alison’s property had to offer. The game room/tv lounge was a big hit. The best part was the location and ski in/out. Alison was also great at responding to any questions I had. Wonderful host!
With little ones this was the perfect place to stay to be able to enjoy time with family as well as have a chance to trade off and hit the slopes with friends. Could not have asked for anything better!
Prime location on great green trail, loved the storage space for all the skis and boots. Excellent communication with Alison. We definitely recommend especially for large groups with multiple ages.
The home was beautiful and perfect for a girls weekend at Snowshoe. It is perfectly situated at the top of the mountain and walking distance to the different Village spots. You can walk right out onto the slopes to start your adventures and come back to a cozy, well-furnished, home base. The shuttle to take you to other parts of the mountain (including Silver Creek) has a pickup spot right by the home so it's conveniently located to everything you need on the mountain. We had a great time and would love to stay at this home again.
Amazing location and communication with owner was fabulous. House was fully stocked - sheets, towels, TP/paper towel, kitchen dishes and utensils. There were some issues with the deck door when we were there - couldn't fully close it but owner was fixing/replacing. Expensive - but so it everything in this area.
Group of 6 friends stayed here for an annual ski trip. The condo was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The downstairs ski room was perfect for all our gear. Also a perk was having an extra fridge and microwave downstairs. We will definitely be staying here again. Alison was very responsive and so pleasant to work with.
We were three families with children ranging in ages from 18 to 4 years old and Loggers Run was a great ski-in/out property for us. It is a townhouse with plenty of room, is well-stocked & when we walked out the door we were at the slopes. The garage area is setup to house ski equipment, which is nice. Hot tub was fun while the snow was coming down! Thank you and would definitely book again.
My family and I had a great experience here. The host was very accommodating and understood when something did go wrong (on our end). The property did have a few issues but those are honestly due to it being a rental and not caused by host neglect. We would absolutely stay again.
The location was perfect. The condo was clean and the property manager was very responsive. Theme are some things that could use fixing- new shower liner upstairs, bathroomdoor on middle floor was not closing properly, sliding glass doors were hard to close, had difficulty with fireplace and with figuring out how to have fans on in bedrooms without having light on, downstairs bedroom is not as cozy and gets cold. But, upstairs bedrooms are very cute, kitchen was well-stocked, hot tub was nice once warmed up, and sitting areas were cozy. Im perfect location if you’re skiing.
Took my family of 10 and had plenty of room and everything we needed. The distance to the slopes was fabulous—-just right out the back door. We will, definitely, try to stay here again. We had a great trip! Thanks to the owner for sharing your fabulous home.
The condo was very nice and clean. We did not need to use all the five bedrooms but there was for sure plenty of space for a large family. The bathrooms were super clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. The location was great as well.
Absolutely loved our time at Snowshoe! We had 14 people and this place was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. The appliances and fixtures were all very nice. Furniture was nice and cozy. The place has all sorts of character and was great access to the mountain. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for providing a place that will hold so many memories for us!
We had a wonderful time at this ski house. We’ve stayed at a bunch over the years and this home was our favorite! The house is truly ski in/ski out and very easy for non skiers to watch younger kids ski. All beds were very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the kids bunk room. The house was very clean and the house was great for our large family get together! Allison was always quick to respond and had all information accessible to us during our stay. We plan to stay here next year as well!
The house at Snowshoe was perfect for our family of seven. The five bedrooms gave everyone a comfortable space with ample bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The gathering spaces were perfect for entertaining. The location was within walking distance of the village and mountain bike riding/hiking experiences. We had a great vacation.
The place was fantastic overall. Great host. Very cozy and picturesque place. Only issues are that the WiFi is really bad, and that is tough for a place that already has no cell signal. Also the sliding glass door for the balcony sticks really bad and is hard to slide. Other than that, zero complaints, and it was priced really fairly.
The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Accommodating our large crowd of eleven. Had a problem with the fireplace but was taken care of the next morning. Coffee maker didn’t work but had a stand by and the door wall very difficult to open and close. We had a great time, the view was great. Would highly recommend this place.
The house was excellent and had lots of thoughtful extras in the kitchen (spices, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.). One of the lower level bedrooms opens out to a short path that leads directly to the slope (Upper Flume, I think, which is a green). It takes about 60 seconds to get from that back door to the slope. The hot tub was wonderfully hot and amazing. The house has space for 2 cars in the driveway, and there are a few lots about a 5-minute walk up the road where you can park for free (although one has a fee). One thing to note is that many of the bedrooms have a main bed and then a twin bed, so if you're doing a trip with couples and trying to sleep more than 8, the set-up isn't ideal. We had 11 adults and one couple was in bunk beds, and one person slept on the sofa in the game room. This isn't a flaw of the house, but just something to be aware of. The only issue that we had was we were unable to get the fireplace to turn on after following the directions provided. I'm not sure if we were doing it wrong, but it wasn't a big deal and we lived without it. Overall the experience was excellent and I would definitely stay again!
This place was great and a perfect fit for our crew. When I first booked the place, I wasn’t sure if we would have to walk to town to get on the slopes, but it turns out the place is literally right on the slopes. You can ski down and take a ski lift to get to the main part of the mountain. Great location with a lot of parking.
The inside of the place was really nice and renovated. There were tons of beds, which was awesome and also the hot tub on the back deck facing the slopes, was pretty sweet to. If we come back to snowshoe next year, we will definitely be booking this place again.
The house was just as described and looked in the pictures. We had three families stay and everyone had plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided. We were able to cook meals for all the families and we had everything we needed. There are two washing machines and dryers in the house which came in very handy. The kids loved the hang out space and the ability to play video games at night.
The location was great for a ski-in/ski-out. It drops you off on the best green at the resort. And if you want to go to town there is a bus stop directly across the street.
We loved our time and we would definitely stay here again.
