This second-floor corner unit is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. And it includes FREE beach service for two (2 chairs/2 footstools and an umbrella) from 3/1-10/31.

ACCOMMODATIONS
There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 plus seating for two at the kitchen bar, which opens up to a spacious living room with comfortable seating with a large 55" Smart TV and sofa bed that will sleep two. The master bedroom has a private bath, a shower/tub combo, and a large vanity with a makeup counter. There is a large king-size bed and 32" TV with plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bed to comfortably sleep three. There is a 42' TV with closet space. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Enjoy the back deck with comfortable seating.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper Cove is a stress-free resort with 24-hour security and provides other shared common areas where guests and children can fish, picnic, play yard games, or simply relax in the breeze. Two restaurants on the resort include the award-winning fine dining Louisiana Lagniappe and Rick's Crab Trap on the resort’s private beach. And this unit comes with FREE beach service for two (2 chairs, 2 footstools and umbrella).

With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir, gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify resort requirements. Please contact the resort directly.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort security gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.
