Great experience, very cute!

We had so much fun staying in railcar #3! The setup was perfect for me and my two kids- one queen and a bunk bed. Check in and check out was easy. Very friendly and helpful. Parking was right by our front door. It snowed and it was beautiful! Nice area to walk around. Such a cool experience to sleep in a train car! I loved all the interior decor they used as well. The microwave and fridge were super convenient too. The heaters provided kept us nice and cozy warm.

About as Route 66 as it can get!

Route 66 offers a lot of fun kitsch and staying in a converted rail car fits right in. The price is reasonable for a family and although you book it on VRBO think of it more like an economy hotel room with flair.

Cccccccccold but cute!

Cute place but needs some attention. The mini split does not work and you will need at least 2 heaters just to sleep. Floor in bathroom is very soft and most likely due to a leak around the toilet. No pathway to door, had to traverse over large rocks and snow. This could be a cute place but needs lots of work.

Unique and fun comfort

We were visiting the Grand Canyon and wanted somewhere relatively close and someplace that was unique. This old railcar fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and spacious with a double bed and two bunk beds, a shower and toilet with sink and sitting area, it was the perfect place for us. convenient to Historic Williams and to the LONG road to the canyon. I would highly recommend it. There are also cabooses and cabins at this facilty and an indoor pool which we did not have the opportunity to use.
