758 Spinnaker "Sunnyside Up"
This great Spinnaker is in a fabulous location - very close to Pelican Beach, the Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf. An easy and relaxing decor makes it the perfect home for a casual beach vacation. 758 Spinnaker has a large living/dining room with windows affording a wonderful view of the 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks golf course. The living/dining area has cathedral ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows, a large HDTV, DVD player and wifi for your computer. One couch is a sleeper Queen sofa bed. Watch the golfers tee shots hit the fairway from the small screened in porch off the dining and living area! The dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen is roomy allowing multiple chefs to work at the same time. There is a table that seats 4 perfect for breakfast and lunch dining. Sliding doors lead to a large deck with a table for six and lounge chairs. Catch up with your reading while tanning, or enjoy afternoon drinks under the setting sun.
The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, vanity, sliding doors to the deck, and an adjoining full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full size bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus another TV. Enjoy all new bedding, linens and towels (bring your own beach towels).
** As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
