Enjoy a morning walk or run along the 4-mile and growing Westside Beltline trail with the entrance at your doorstep. Our Urban Nest is great for couples!

The space
Charming Queen Bed efficiency attached to the main house with private entry, original hardwood floors, efficiency kitchen with electric pan, toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave, coffee maker, and under-counter French door fridge/freezer. Comfortable memory foam Queen Bed with 100% cotton, high-quality linens, down duvet, extra pillows. Antique claw foot tub shower in nice sized full bathroom.
Streaming television, YouTube TV, Netflix, DVD player, movies and 1 gig fiber wifi Internet.
Central AC, table top fan, and space heater if needed for additional comfort. There is a private side entrance through a gate along side the home.
Guest access
The efficiency is all yours with private access through a gated entry along the side of the house.
Other things to note
This is an efficiency attached to the main house, you have your own private entrance. The main home is also an airbnb (The Urban Aerie) you may hear guests if it is booked.
*The central AC is for the whole property, we do our best to make sure guests staying in the efficiency and main house are comfortable, typically set at 75.
*Parking is free on-street.
*We do not allow USPS mail sent to the house, all mail goes to our PO Box and we are not always available to check it.
