This property is centrally located within walking distance to everything including the beach, grocery store, Walgreens, Bait store, and bars, restaurants and shops. The dock provides great fishing and entertainment provided by the wildlife including regular sightings of Dolphins and very cool birds.

Treasure Island is 40 minutes to Clearwater, 60 minutes from Sarasota, and 2 hours from Disney. There is a plethora of opportunities for cultural activities and fine dining in nearby Tampa and St. Petersburg. A perfect spot for spring training baseball lovers too.

We had the best time in this adorable home! It was clean and the beds were so nice (this is very important to us). Our host was very nice and even called to give us an update since the tropical storm had just passed through the area. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Natural Beauty
We truly enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Location is perfect. Short walk to the gulf. We spent most of our time on the dock. Sunrises were beautiful. Saw Dolphins, Manatee, and so many amazing birds. Excellent communication with owner. We felt like we were at home.

Seaside serenity
Lynn's property is as advertised. Quiet location, just a few units. On the intercoastal with our own patio and dock. We loved it. Recently redecorated, beautiful shower and bathroom. Comfy bedrooms. Provided everything we needed for our 3 week stay. One minor issue, resolved quickly by owner. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location and wonderful view
The property is in an excellent location, and it has wondeful view with private dock. It takes less than 10 minutes to the beach. You can see the dolphin at the back yard sometimes. You can enjoy fishing just at the dock. You can see people sailing. The owner is very nice and answered questions very quickly. They have many staff for your beach entertainment. The property is pretty big, it also has a sunshine room which has the bay view. My family enjoyed the staying, and we plan to return to here next year for the vacation. It really worth to stay again. The only one small issue is that the kitchen staff are old. For example, the coffe machine, some pots are old. It would be wonderful if they can be replaced in the future. All in all, it is really 5 star property.

Stayed two week’s in Lynn’s wonderful place! It was WONDERFUL!!! Great location to everything- can pretty much walk everywhere if you like!!! It was clean, well - stocked, and offered the best place to sit and enjoy beautiful Intercostal sunrises! She also was easy to communicate with if we had any questions!!! Two weeks wasn’t long enough!! Want to return!!!

Quick Trip With My Daughter
This was a fantastic home on the bay and Lynn was a very gracious host. The house is in the perfect location, plenty of beach supplies were offered including chairs, a cooler and trolley, and the house itself was super cute and well furnished. You have the best of both worlds being directly on the bay and a five minute or less walk to the beach. Not to mention, Publix is right on the corner. There was a slight issue with and, but we didn't mind as it's to be expected being right on the bay. Plus Lynn was aware and had already scheduled an exterminator. Unfortunately, the water was incredibly too hot this time of year for any dolphins or manatees to grace us with their presence on the bay, but the sunrises each morning from the comfort of the house or the dock were beautiful. I will definitely be back and stay at Lynns in the future.

Absolute Must Visit
Our visit was amazing - this was the first vacation that we have taken in over 20 years and we have never been outside of New England. Out host, Lynn is absolutely amazing - our flight had been cancelled and we had to book another flight which arrive much later than originally planned - I reached out to Lynn to let her know and she was so gracious and courteous, she had lights and AC turned on for us so that we could easily find our way in. (Original flight would have had us there for the 4 pm check in - new flight which also got delayed didn't get us there until after 2 am the following morning). The property is perfect and gorgeously furnished - it is conveniently located (within walking distance to local grocery store, restaurants and beach) with a beautiful patio and dock to sit and relax - the neighborhood is quiet. We really look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you so much Lynn for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property and for being such a wonderful and caring host. My son and I greatly appreciate.

This is the first time we've stayed on the intracoastal & I can now tell you we much more we prefer this over the ocean front rentals. It's much quieter & less hurried. Walking into the unit opens onto the expansive widebody waterfront view. Enjoyed watching the dolphins, sunrises & walking to VIP & Ricky T's restaurants. On-site reserved carport right next to your front door & outdoor shower made rinsing our dive gear really easy. Forget the ocean front rentals. This is where it's at!

This was a very quiet peaceful condo. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful sunrises, dolphins and birds. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. The host is more than accommodating. Highly recommend this condo.

The unit was up to date and had all the modern comforts of home. I really appreciated the sunroom and deck during cooler parts of the day. The close proximity to the beach was really appreciated. You could really tell it had been renovated. Thank you also for the covered parking spot.

Awesome Place and Location! Relaxation At it's BEST!
My sister and I had a wonderful time at this property. In addition to a comfortable clean home, we absolutely loved the pier and being located right on the intercoastal. So peaceful to watch the dolphins and all the birds along with beautiful stars at night and sunrise in the morning. We would definitely rent again. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach or to the many restaurants and bars nearby. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home Lynn.

Sunshine Paradise
This is our third year here…we love it! It’s peaceful, yet we are close to Publix, Walgreens & restaurants. We enjoy seeing the sea life daily! My husband likes fishing here. The owner goes above & beyond to make sure you have what you need! Perfect place to relax & enjoy😎
